
Overview
The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients, and driving the sales process from lead generation to closing. This role involves a mix of direct customer interaction, strategic planning, and collaboration with senior sales staff to achieve company growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach
· Contact and develop relationships with potential customers through email marketing, cold calling, and LinkedIn outreach.
· Execute email campaigns targeting prospects to generate leads and create business opportunities.
· Mine data and extract information of C-level executives from various online sources and tools.
Sales Process Management
· Follow up on leads and respond to sales inquiries from existing and potential customers as per guidelines.
· Assist senior staff in generating and following up on leads.
· Convince clients, schedule appointments, and manage the sales pipeline.
· Track sales efforts and monitor results to ensure alignment with targets.
Customer Relationship Management
· Liaise between customers and the company to provide up-to-date status on service, pricing, and new product releases.
· Collect customer feedback and conduct market research to inform business strategy and product development.
· Maintain CRM systems to manage lead generation, track interactions, and store customer information.
Market & Competitor Analysis
· Stay informed about the latest products, market trends, and competitors to provide insights for business strategy.
· Increase business opportunities through various routes to market.

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Franchise Sales Manager to lead our franchise expansion across multiple cities in India. The role involves extensive client interaction, legal documentation, and operational oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive franchise sales and onboard new franchise partners across India.
- Present the franchise model and conduct multiple meetings to close deals.
- Handle end-to-end legal documentation and ensure timely agreement signings.

- In-depth knowledge of VC Integration
- Understanding of AMX/CRESTRON programming cause/effect impact on overall audiovisual systems.
- Extensive knowledge of RS232/422/485 and IP-based control protocol products.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service orientation, excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to work cooperatively with others in a team-oriented environment.
- 8+ years of programming experience in AMX/CRESTRON control system source code and touch panel interface with deep working knowledge of Biamp, Lutron, Extrom, Plasmas and Projectors, AMX/Crestron, and others.
- CTS and other industry certifications will be an add-on.
