IBM Tivoli Identity Manager (ITIM) Expert

• Provide technology strategy planning
•  Integrate information technologies into the company for optimal effectiveness
•  Understand current and future business goals and ongoing IT issues to ensure business success
•  Develop a renewal and upgrade schedule for company software programs
• The candidate will be responsible to start and complete projects on a scheduled basis, inclined to maintain highest standard of quality.
• Analyzing scope of work, project sequencing, resource planning, time estimation, scheduling, cost estimation, risk analysis are a set of responsibilities.
• Monitor project performance and take proactive action to ensure projects are adhering to timelines set.

Responsibilities

1. Identify new prospects via platforms like LinkedIn, Bidding Portals other portals.
2. Research client industries, pain points, and decision-makers to do the outreach.
3. Maintain and update prospect lists and track outreach activities.
4.  Run cold outreach campaigns (emails, LinkedIn, Apollo sequences).
5. Qualify leads based on project scope, budget, and timelines.
6. Represent Bombay Softwares in the first interaction & clearly communicate our service offerings.
7. Schedule and lead discovery calls to understand client requirements.
8. Work with tech leads/project managers to gather inputs for technical calls when required.
9.  Prepare proposals, SoWs (Scope of Work), estimates, timelines, and other pre-sales documents.
10. Assist in drafting contracts, NDAs, and onboarding documents.
11. Negotiate pricing and service terms with potential clients.
12. Achieve the given quarterly sales target

Qualification & Skills

Mandatory

1. Experience with lead generation using LinkedIn, Apollo, and bidding portals.
2. Strong research skills to identify target industries, pain points, and decision-makers
3. Ability to run and manage cold outreach campaigns (emails, LinkedIn, Apollo sequences)
4. Skilled in qualifying leads based on project scope, budget, and timelines
5. Confident in leading discovery/client calls and representing the company
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
7. Hands-on experience in preparing proposals, SoWs, estimates, and timelines
8. Familiarity with contracts, NDAs, and onboarding documents
9. Strong negotiation skills around pricing and service terms.
10. Proficiency with CRM tools for managing pipelines and tracking activities
11. Ability to collaborate effectively with tech leads and project managers
12. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience of 5+ years working as a Quality Assurance Analyst
• Experience with test management tools such as Quality Centre, JIRA, ADO.
• Knowledge of automation tools like Selenium
• Knowledge of Non-Functional testing - Accessibility, Performance
• Educated to degree level, ideally in Computer Science
• ISEB certification in Testing (intermediate level) is advantageous
• Experience in participating in process change is advantageous
• Experience testing commercial websites in a creative and/or agency environment is advantageous
• Experience testing native iOS and Android applications is advantageous

Requirements:

• BS/MS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• 8+ years of experience working in Software Engineering field with 2+ years’ experience line managing, coaching and mentoring Software Engineers
• Fluent in Java and hands on experience with building service-oriented, database driven applications
• Strong background in software design and architecture
• Exceptional experience in building high performing teams
• Experienced setting up processes to improve productivity
• Experience with establishing technical strategy and roadmap, setting measurable goals and metrics for teams
