Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced RShiny Developer with strong expertise in R programming, data analytics, and interactive dashboard development. The role involves building scalable Shiny applications, working with large datasets, and delivering data-driven insights for business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive web applications using RShiny and ShinyProxy
• Build data-driven dashboards and analytical models using R
• Perform data cleaning, transformation, and preprocessing for analysis
• Collaborate with data analysts, engineers, and business teams
• Apply statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to derive insights
• Optimize R scripts and Shiny applications for performance and scalability
• Integrate applications with databases, APIs, and third-party tools
• Ensure code quality, version control, and documentation standards

Key Skills Required

• Strong expertise in R programming and RShiny
• Experience with packages like ggplot2, dplyr, tidyr
• Good understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling
• Hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases
• Knowledge of ShinyProxy deployment
• Experience with data visualization and dashboarding
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript for UI enhancements
• Exposure to Hadoop/Spark is a plus
• Experience with Git/version control
• Knowledge of Python/Java is an added advantage

Educational Qualification

• BE/BTech/MTech in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field

The ideal candidate will have a strong command of data tools, programming, and knowledge of LLMs and Generative AI, contributing to the growth and automation of our business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Analysis & Visualization:

• Develop and manage data pipelines, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Design and implement insightful dashboards using Power BI to help stakeholders make data-driven decisions.
• Extract and analyze complex data sets using SQL to generate actionable insights

2 Machine Learning & AI Models:

• Build and deploy machine learning models to optimize key business functions like discount management, lead qualification, and process automation.
• Apply Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques for text extraction, analysis, and classification from customer documents.
• Implement and fine-tune Generative AI models and large language models (LLMs) for various business applications, including prompt engineering for automation tasks.

3 Automation & Innovation:

• Innovate and automate manual processes, creating AI-driven solutions for internal teams and customer-facing systems.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in machine learning, NLP, and generative AI, applying them to real-world business challenges.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
• 4-7 years of experience as a Data Scientist, with proficiency in Python, SQL, Power BI, and Excel.
• Expertise in building machine learning models and utilizing NLP techniques for text processing and automation.
• Experience in working with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI to create efficient and scalable solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in teams.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a simple, actionable way to non-technical stakeholders.

Having experience in Informatica & SQL, Data Migration, Data Load & Management

Having hands on experience on SQL queries.

Having good knowledge and working experience in Informatica ETL tool right from developing ETL to scheduling/ Monitoring it.

Having experience in writing/ debugging complex SQL queries/ stored procedures.

Ability to build, test, and maintain ETL 

Knowledge and Experience in GIT version control application.

Good to have knowledge on PostgreSQL and Amazon S3.

Create, modify, document, and enhance data specifications including identifying and mapping data elements from source systems into the dimensional data warehouse and operational system; Validate that the operational system and data warehouse meets specified requirements.
Analyze and QA data from different sources and ensure that it is properly loaded into our systems
Investigate data quality issues and implement appropriate solutions

Ability to manage tasks and coordinates with other team members and supervisor to meet such timelines and actively contributes to project status reporting processes to identify and mitigate risks.

Requirement gathering – frequent interaction with the Data & Technical Managers, Database administrators, Application Users – all belonging to different departments and divisions of to ensure smooth implementation and running of the application
Knowledge of health system functions, terminology and standard coding systems preferred.
 

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering, mathematics, statistics, science, information technology, Business Administration required Or Master Degree in computer science, computer application or Business Administration preferred

Min 3 years of extensive experience in Informatica ETL design & development, Data Migration, Data Load & Management, SQL Queries, T-SQL programming & testing
