JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Lead a team of 6-10 Product Managers and Design team members to build cutting-edge Vision products for the AI Cataloging space.

2) Create a world-class Self Serve SaaS Product experience with data analysis at its center.

3) Lead the Web, Mobile and API experience of the AI product stack.

4) Talk to users - Large and Small to better understand their needs and motivations.

5) Project management to align the technology team and ship products.

6) Stay up to date with the latest research in Computer vision and best product practices and bring the most important features

7) Prioritization and Roadmap Management, Work alongside all stakeholders to represent a true picture of priorities and future initiatives.

8) Diving deeper into the data to identify opportunities and learnings.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1) BTech/MBA degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject from a Tier-1 institute (Mandate)

2) 3+ years of experience leading Product team in high growth Product companies

3) 5+ years of Product Management experience in growth startups or Product companies

4) Extremely self-motivated and autonomous. You'll be given direction but it's on you to figure out how to proceed.

5) Analytical. You should have plenty of experience looking at the data to inform your decisions.

6) Strong product intuition. You need to have an informed opinion to build a product from scratch.

7) Systems thinker. You should understand how even the smallest change affects the entire system.

8) Super detail-oriented. Small errors or oversights should jump off the screen for you.

9) Team champion. We're serious about our work, but that doesn't mean we can't have fun together. :)


Education Mandatory: IIM, IIT, BITS

• Solid experience in designing, implementing, and securing cloud environments, including services such as EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, and CloudTrail.
• Strong understanding of DevOps methodologies and experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub, SonarQube).
• In-depth knowledge of cloud security best practices, industry standards, and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, CIS, ISO 27001).
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, Groovy.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like AWS CloudFormation or Terraform.
• Familiarity with security scanning and monitoring tools, such as AWS Security Hub, GuardDuty, Inspector, or third-party solutions.
• Strong understanding of network security concepts, including firewalls, VPNs, and secure network architectures.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and experience with application security testing tools (e.g., SAST, DAST, fuzzing, and secure coding patterns).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Participate in incident handling and other related duties to support the information security function.

Job Profile

A NodeJs developer will be required to deploy and maintain network applications. Manage the exchange of data between servers and users, develop back-end components, and connect applications with other web services. Will also act as a support front-end developer by integrating web-based applications in Angular. With good hand's on experience in Rational Database i.e. MySQL & PostgreSQL.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3+ years experience on Node JS
• Mandatory experience of 2 years in Angular 2 & above
• Experience on Bootstrap or any other JS Framework
• Very good knowledge of rational databases MySQL & PostgreSQL
• Good Knowledge of MongoDB.

Peoplesoft Technical - SSE

Sr.Software Engineer with 5 to 9 years of experience in PeopleSoft

Mandatory:

Good knowledge and minimum 5 years hands-on Technical experience on Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, Application Package and Integration Broker.

Good Verbal & Written communication Skills

Preferred:

Sound techno-functional and business process conceptual knowledge on Peoplesoft Finance procure to pay modules - AP,GL,PC, AM, PO, ePro, SCMT, Catalog Management & eSettlements.

Experience on reporting tools like BI Publisher, SQR, PS Query, PS Security, and nVision reports will be added advantage.

Worked in Upgrade/ Support/Development projects in PeopleSoft Financials.

Worked on all phases of a project - design, development, testing etc.

Knowledge in mainframes would be an added advantage
