Role & Responsibilities

You will act as a force multiplier for the founders, owning GTM and scaling initiatives end-to-end: from strategy to execution to operating cadence.

GTM Strategy & Execution-

• Own the end-to-end ABM motion, unifying outbound, brand, and partnerships into a cohesive GTM flywheel.
• ICP evolution and segmentation
• Account and lead book rigor
• Messaging frameworks and multi-channel experimentation
• Automation for precision and scale
• Diagnose and unblock funnel bottlenecks using data-driven analysis in partnership with channel owners.
• Translate ambitious growth targets into:
• Clear operating cadences
• Dashboards and metrics
• First-principles optimisation loops
• Drive daily pipeline reviews, stand-ups, and execution cadences across outbound and RevOps
• Evolve reporting, play books, and metrics to enable real-time iteration and 10x scale.

Building & Leading GTM Teams

• Hire, mentor, and scale multi-layer GTM teams (managers + ICs).
• Instil execution rigour, accountability, and ownership across functions.
• Raise the operating bar across GTM through process, clarity, and cadence.

Ideal Candidate

• Top college graduate with experience in Founder’s Office / GTM Strategy / Growth / Strategy / Operations / Revenue Ops roles, preferably in startup or high-growth environments
• Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 6+ years of experience in roles such as Founder’s Office, GTM Strategy, Growth, Strategy, Consulting, Revenue Ops, Startup leadership, VC, or Ex-Founder roles
• Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have direct experience working with founders and/or senior leadership, owning high-impact initiatives with end-to-end responsibility
• Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have hands-on team leadership experience, with direct people management responsibility for a minimum of 2 team members.
• Mandatory (Experience 4): Must have played a key role in scaling journeys such as 0→1, 1→10, or 1→100, including building processes, charters, and execution frameworks from scratch
• Mandatory (Experience 5): Must demonstrate strong first-principles thinking with hands-on execution, not limited to advisory or planning-only roles
• Mandatory (Graduation): Undergraduation from Top 7 IITs (Kharagpur, Mumbai, Madras, Kanpur, Delhi, Roorkee, Guwahati) or BITS Pilani – Pilani campus
• Mandatory (Graduation Year): Candidates should have graduated between 2015 and 2020
• Mandatory (Current CTC): Should be greater than 35L.
• Mandatory (Note) : Product Managers' profiles will not be considered for this role.
• Mandatory (Overall Experience): Candidate’s overall experience should not exceed 12 years.
• Preferred (Early Career): Tier-1 internship or full-time role immediately post graduation; strong extracurricular or leadership experience during graduation is a plus

1. Vendor Outreach: Initiate outbound calls to vendors, introducing the e-commerce platform, and establishing or maintaining relationships.
2. Order Confirmation: Communicate with vendors to confirm orders, ensuring accurate product details, quantities, and delivery timelines.
3. Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues related to orders, payments, or product discrepancies by liaising between vendors and internal teams.
4. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from vendors regarding their experiences with the e-commerce platform, identifying areas for improvement.
5. Contractual Agreements: Communicate and ensure vendors adhere to contractual agreements, including pricing, terms, and conditions.
6. Inventory Management: Coordinate with vendors to manage and update inventory information, ensuring product availability and accuracy on the platform.
7. New Vendor Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new vendors, providing necessary information and documentation requirements.
8. Payment Follow-Up: Follow up on payment-related issues, ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor payments.
9. Performance Tracking: Monitor vendor performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and providing feedback to vendors.
10. Market Intelligence: Gather information on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide insights for vendor management strategy.

Requirements:

1. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
2. Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with vendors.
3. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and solve problems efficiently, especially in the context of order discrepancies or vendor-related issues.
4. Detail-Oriented: Attention to detail is crucial, particularly when confirming orders, managing inventory, and reviewing contractual agreements.
5. Negotiation Skills: Basic negotiation skills to ensure mutually beneficial terms with vendors.
6. Time Management: Efficiently manage time to handle multiple vendor interactions and tasks simultaneously.
7. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, and other tools relevant to vendor management.

• Coordination skills- 360 degree, team, seniors, cross functional teams, customers, external stakeholders like govt Officials and Police
• Quick & Right Decision Making and basic computer knowledge.
