Job Overview:
LMDmax is hiring a dedicated US Recruiter for the night shift, focusing on the US market. The ideal candidate will have experience in Non-IT recruitment, managing high-volume calls, and handling the entire recruitment process. This role requires making 100–150 calls daily during peak hours and onboarding qualified candidates for Non-IT roles across the US.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and evaluate Non-IT candidates based on client requirements.
- Conduct 100–150 US calls per day to engage with potential candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Collaborate with US-based clients and hiring managers to understand job requirements.
- Post job openings on job boards and social media platforms.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
- Use Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage recruitment activities.
- Negotiate compensation packages, manage candidate expectations, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Onboard selected candidates and ensure alignment with client expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 0–3 years of experience in US Non-IT recruitment
- Strong knowledge of US employment laws and hiring processes
- Experience with high-volume recruitment, handling 100–150 calls per day
- Familiarity with job boards like Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work night shifts aligned with US time zones (EST/PST)

- Vendor Outreach: Initiate outbound calls to vendors, introducing the e-commerce platform, and establishing or maintaining relationships.
- Order Confirmation: Communicate with vendors to confirm orders, ensuring accurate product details, quantities, and delivery timelines.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues related to orders, payments, or product discrepancies by liaising between vendors and internal teams.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from vendors regarding their experiences with the e-commerce platform, identifying areas for improvement.
- Contractual Agreements: Communicate and ensure vendors adhere to contractual agreements, including pricing, terms, and conditions.

- New Vendor Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new vendors, providing necessary information and documentation requirements.
- Payment Follow-Up: Follow up on payment-related issues, ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor payments.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor vendor performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and providing feedback to vendors.
- Market Intelligence: Gather information on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide insights for vendor management strategy.
Requirements:

- Inventory Analyst (Req 1)
Must have skills:
Should have experience as End user in SCM
Expertise in Supply Chain Management (SCM) Oracle preferred
Experience in Inventory Management
Should have knowledge on Warehouse Managemnet
- As an Inventory Analyst at Viasat, you will coordinate and route the flow of material between contract manufacturers and distribution centers in North America, Europe, and Asia.
- You will expedite parts to remedy any shortage problems.
- You will perform purchase order receipts, create travelers, and maintain records of material flow.
- Updating logs, databases, maintaining files, project reports, specifications, product information, and documentation.
- Preparing processes and status reports, assigning and monitoring documents/databases, and reviewing documents/databases for accuracy and completeness.
- Your ability to clearly communicate and build rapport with internal customers and key suppliers will be an essential skill in this role.
- You will be responsible for incoming and outgoing material flows primarily supporting engineering activities.
- Monitor the flow of material and parts between various suppliers and internal departments to meet tight schedules.
