Position Overview: As the Human Resources Manager for the CBSE K-12 segment, you will play a critical role in shaping our company's culture, recruiting top talent, and ensuring the well-being of our employees. Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment efforts for the including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Ensure that we attract and retain top talent in the highly competitive EdTech & IT industry.
- Employee Relations & Engagement : Foster a positive work culture by promoting open communication, resolving employee concerns, and addressing issues promptly and effectively. Promote a culture of smart work and productivity. Develop and execute strategies to boost employee engagement, morale, and retention. Organize team-building activities and events.
- HR Policies and Compliance: Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with Indian labor laws and company standards. Ensure compliance in all HR activities.
- Performance Management: Design and implement KRA/KPI performance appraisal systems, providing guidance and support to managers in conducting performance reviews.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and create programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Compensation and Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and employee benefits. Ensure competitive and equitable compensation structures.
- HR Reporting: Maintain and analyze metrics and reports to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & experience :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in HR management, preferably in the EdTech or education sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Team-oriented and collaborative mindset.
