Role Overview :

We are seeking Full Stack Engineers to build scalable, high-performance fintech products.

You will work on both frontend (Typescript/Next.js) and backend (Python/FastAPI/Django), owning features end-to-end and contributing to architecture, performance, and product innovation.

Requirements :

Must-Have :

• 1–6+ years of full-stack experience.

• Proficiency in either frontend or backend with familiarity in both.

Lead technical Consultant

Experience: 9-15 Years

This is a Backend-heavy Polyglot developer role - 80% Backend 20% Frontend

Backend 

1. 1st Primary Language - Java or Python or Go Or ROR or Rust 
2. 2nd Primary Language - one of the above or Node

The candidate should be experienced in atleast 2 backend tech stacks.

Frontend 

1. React or Angular 
2. HTML, CSS

The interview process would be quite complex and require depth of experience. The candidate should be hands-on in backend and frontend development (80-20)

• Your primary focus will be developing interactive Vue js applications.
• You will ensure that you produce robust, secure, modular, and maintainable code.
• You will coordinate with other team members, including backend developers and UX/UI designers.
• Developing web applications using Vue.js

Requirements:

Frontend:

• Proficient with the JavaScript language and its modern ES6+ syntax and features
• Proficient with Vue.js/React framework and its core principles such as components, reactivity, and the virtual DOM
• Familiarity with the Vue.js or React ecosystem, including Vue CLI, Vuex, Vue Router, and Nuxt.js
• Good understanding of HTML5 and CSS3, including Sass

Backend:

Required skillset
Experience in backend and frontend tech stack and deployment is mandatory.
Excellent programming skills in Golang/Python/Java, JS/Dart/Swift and HTML/CSS.
Proficient in Web architecture and cloud integration concepts.
Experience with NoSQL database is preferred.
Good to have hands-on experience with GCP/AWS/Azure.
Qualification: Bachelors/Masters Computer Science or related domain.
Knowledge of DevOps tools and CI/CD practices are strong additions

Responsibilities
Help to architect Concepts/MVP with minimal supervision.
Work on the full spectrum of technology stack - backend & frontend.
Explore the feasibility of running video analytics on Edge (App/Browser)
Work with the Analytics team for creating various visualization options

• Proficient in Python 2 / 3 and have built products before (managing the entire DevOps cycle) - proficient in Python Data Structures
• Good understanding of Open Source Visualisation Tools like D3.JS, Matplotlib etc.
• Good understanding of Functional APIs and Data Ingestion viz. Pandas’ dataframe from SQL DB and Excel (CSV) & Flat files of (primarily) structured data - no data cleansing
• Growth mindset - eagerness to learn and grow in the role
• Qualifications: B.Tech / BE / Graduate Engineer in any stream (preferred Mech / Industrial Engineer)
