Your Impact:
- Implements Digital Consumer experiences based on a foundation of SFCC (Salesforce commerce cloud) to meet expected quality standards
- Ensures functional requirements and high-level solution designs are understood and are translated into detailed technical design
- Implement proofs of concept to prove any new technologies, application flows or integration scenarios and identify customizations needed to SFCC platform for meeting client requirements

Your Skills & Experience:
- 4-8 Years with 2+ years of implementing commerce application with SFCC in last 3 years
- Demonstrate proficiency in build and release management using CI/CD strategies (leveraging tools like Jenkins and DevOps practices), implement Mocha/Chai unit and functional test cases in order to reduce costs while ensuring quality
- Contributes to designing, implementing and documenting the build release process as well as system configuration and deployment characteristics of the applications
- Participates in technical walkthroughs/ code reviews of other team members’ components, test plans and results and help them with gaps
- Collaborate with architect to define implementation processes and quality gates and standards
- Identifies risks and issues, and help monitor them
- Guides the development of reference and resource materials for SFCC
- Mentors SFCC developers in improving their platform knowledge and development skills
- Communicate technical design to the SFCC developers and help/guide them in the implementation
- Participates in Agile sprints and helps developers understand the strengths and limitations of SFCC

We are looking for a part-time/freelance digital marketing consultant who will work closely with the founders to drive the digital marketing activities.
Sales are the lifeline for a start-up, so ROAS and sales will be the main KPI. All the efforts of the person in this role should focus on maximizing sales through our campaigns. This will also fuel your growth within the organization. This role requires creative thinking to design profitable sales campaigns outside the "big agency" thought process. Our key performance indicator is Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) with a target of 12X. This target is achievable given our product range from 35k to 1 lac.
What would you be doing?
- Develop interactive ads with the available creative content. Our primary source of the content is photos and videos of real products (not photoshoots with models). You should be able to use these materials to build, test, and run your creative campaigns.
- Create interactive landing pages using Shopify-compatible apps
- Manage Google Ads and Meta ads campaigns independently, from strategy to optimization. You should be able to take complete ownership of the campaigns. Your performance will be measured by the sales reflected in your weekly dashboards.
- Manage email, WhatsApp, and SMS campaigns. These campaigns need to be designed daily, and you should be able to show revenue and Click-Through Rate (CTR) for them, similar to other paid advertising campaigns.
- Campaign management and optimization will be an integral part of this role. You should have good domain knowledge to detect and rectify technical problems across all ad tech tools, such as Google, Meta, and Bik.
