Role & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Lead Product Manager with expertise in Auto-Tech (e.g., Spinny, Cars24, Acko, PolicyBazaar, Park+). The ideal candidate will focus on user retention, increasing app engagement, and scaling our products to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

User Retention: Develop and execute strategies to retain users, increase session lengths, and improve app engagement.

Data-Driven Insights: Conduct user behavior analysis and leverage insights to drive product improvements.

UX Optimization: Lead UX enhancements and A/B testing to deliver an exceptional user experience.

Team Leadership: Mentor and guide product teams to achieve strategic goals.

Stakeholder Management: Ensure seamless collaboration across teams and alignment on product objectives.

Ideal Candidate

Industry Experience: Proven experience in Auto-Tech companies or similar sectors.

Product Expertise: Demonstrated success in scaling products and improving user retention.

Technical Skills: Strong command of data analytics, Google Analytics, and UX design principles.

Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and drive challenges to solutions.

Innovative Thinking: Proven ability to improve live products through user-centric design and research.

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have a minimum 4+ YOE in B2B SaaS / Enterprise Tech sales, preferably in ERP, CAD, or Factory Automation tools.

Mandatory (Experience 2): At least 3+ YOE selling ERP solutions or CAD Softwares.

Mandatory (Experience 3): Proven track record in offline / field sales and experience in selling complex solutions.

Mandatory (Tools): Proficient in CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) and lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.)

Mandatory (Company): Experience in B2B SaaS Product companies or IT/Tech Services companies.

Mandatory (Note 1) - Total experience should not be more than 7 Years.

Mandatory (Note 2) - Overall Expected CTC should not be more than 15L

NP – Immediate to 60 Days

Work location – Cisco Manesar Office

Experience – 2 to 10 Years.

• Strong coding Experience in programming language like Python , Java, C
• Experience of Yang data modelling
• Experience on REST/ SOAP API#s
• Experience of frameworks such as Request , Beautiful Soup

As a member of the development group, you will be primarily responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of the product:  

• Help define and create full stack architecture and deployment using React- Django-AWS in an agile environment with lots of ownership and active mentoring 
• Work with the Product and Design teams to build new features to solve business problems and fill business needs 
• Participate in code reviews to create robust and maintainable code 
• Work in an agile environment where quick iterations and good feedback are a way of life 
• Interact with other stakeholders for requirement, design discussions and for adoption of new features 

• Communicate and coordinate with our support and professional services teams to solve customer issues 
• Help scale our platform as we expand our product across various markets and verticals globally

• Designing and developing user interfaces using angularJS best practices.
• Adapting interface for modern internet applications using the latest front-end technologies.

SAP B1 Developer

Candidate Profile:

• Degree or comparable in the computer science area Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP.
• Experience with object-oriented development in Java and/ or C# and/ or Vb.net.
• Very good knowledge in front and backend web development (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS).
• Experience with web services (REST, SOAP).
• Database Application Knowledge (SQL)
• Knowledge in handling of data formats (JSON, XML)
• Experience with version control systems (GIT, TFVC)

• Design and build applications for the iOS platform
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features
• Identifying potential problems and resolving application bottlenecks.
• Fixing application bugs before the final release.
• Publishing application on App Store.
• Maintaining the code and atomization of the application.
• Designing and implementing application updates.

• Proficient with Swift, Xcode, and Cocoa Touch.
• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services
• Knowledge of other web technologies and UI/UX standards
• Understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines
• Knowledge of low-level C-based libraries is preferred
• Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
