As part of our global expansion, we are looking for ambitious Product Managers currently based in India who are excited about building products for global customers and are ready to relocate to the UK. The role includes visa sponsorship, with relocation expected within approximately 3–4 months.

You will join a fast-growing, well-funded AI startup backed by experienced founders who have built and scaled successful global technology companies. Having recently secured $4.4M in seed funding, the company is investing heavily in expanding its product and engineering teams while building an AI-native platform for a global market.

Candidates who have previously studied, worked, or lived outside India—particularly in the UK or other international markets—will have a strong advantage. We are looking for Product Managers who understand global work cultures, can collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and are comfortable operating in customer-first, fast-paced environments.

About the Company:

We're building the AI Operating Layer for IT Managed Service Providers (MSPs)—a new foundation for how IT services are understood, operated, and delivered.

Our platform combines Agentic AI, enterprise knowledge, and deterministic execution to help Managed Service Providers move beyond manually handling support tickets and safely automate complex IT operations.

About the Role:

We're looking for a Product Manager who is passionate about building products customers love and enjoys working at the intersection of technology, business, and user experience.

You'll work closely with customers, founders, engineers, and designers to understand real-world problems, define product strategy, and deliver AI-powered solutions that create measurable business impact.

This is a highly customer-facing role with end-to-end ownership of product initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own product initiatives from discovery through launch.
• Engage directly with customers to understand pain points and product opportunities.
• Translate customer insights into clear product requirements and feature specifications.
• Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on business goals and customer impact.
• Work closely with Engineering, Design, and AI teams to build and ship high-quality products.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user interviews.
• Define product metrics and measure success using data-driven insights.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across globally distributed teams.
• Champion the voice of the customer throughout the product development lifecycle.

What We're Looking For

Must Have:

• 2–5 years of Product Management experience.
• Strong customer-facing experience.
• Previous work or study experience outside India (UK experience is highly preferred).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to relocate to London, UK within approximately 3–4 months.

Preferred

• Technical background in Engineering or Computer Science.
• Experience working on B2B SaaS, Enterprise Software, AI, or Cloud products.
• Experience working in startups or high-growth product companies.
• Strong understanding of Agile product development.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with specialization in Computer science or related field
• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer in a product development setting
• Love of technology and experience with one or more programming languages from Java, Python, or Go
• Experience in full-stack development including designing APIs and integration patterns, implementing security, implementing frameworks for Unit and End-to-End testing
• Experience with micro-services architecture
• Experience in one or more frameworks like Spring, GRPC, Flask, etc.
• Extensive experience in a test-driven development environment
• Understanding of CI/CD practices including code check-in policies, automated unit tests, automated code deployments, etc.
• Ability to grasp new technologies and use them effectively to create industrial-strength software.

• Deadline oriented. You understand that deadlines are meant to be met. Challenges will surface, and obstacles and roadblocks will cause delays, but you plan for them in advance and still ship your features on time to meet your commitments.
• Bias for action. Your default setting is to take action, and not wait for things to happen. You love to learn about new technologies and advancements in the software industry.

· Providing technical advice and troubleshooting for end users

 · Experience in Enterprise Apple support like ABM, VPP,ACE and MDM

· Excellent OSX desktop and server support skills

· Experiencing supporting OS X desktop and server across a range of versions

· Strong experience with using and administrating JAMF

· Package Deployment, Image upgrade. Security patches &DEP

· Hands on experience with JAMF tools like Recon , Composure , remote and Admin

· Endpoint hardening via JAMF and self service management.

· Experience using terminal commands and scripts

· Great customer relationship skills

· Good written & verbal communication skills

· Being flexible and customer solution focused

· Experience in various application outlook , AD and Teams.

· Cloud knowledge

Experience:

The candidate should have about 2+ years of experience with design and development in Java/Scala. Experience in algorithm, data-structure, database and distributed System is mandatory.

3. Extensive experience in developing spark job. Should possess good Oops knowledge and be aware of enterprise application design patterns.
4. Should have the ability to analyze, design, develop and test complexity of spark job.

6. Hands on experience in Spark, creating RDD, applying operation - transformation-action

Desired Candidate Profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with minimum 5 years of banking work experience
• Immediate availability for joining preferred
• Expertise in Excel
• An eye for detail

Requirements

• High self motivation to lead & build projects from beginning to end;

• You've shipped multiple products and are willing/able to demonstrate how you solved specific problems to solve users needs;

• Excellent communication in presenting your code and communicating what problems they are solving while giving/receiving feedback;

• Ability to quickly grasp goals and requirements from light specifications;

• Must be able to effectively & efficiently work with stakeholders spreads across many timezones;

• 3+ years of experience working in a modern commercial web development environment and shipping solid product;

• Proficiency using HTML/CSS/Javascript/AJAX;

• Solid understanding of the full web technology stack (e.g. HTTP, cookies, asset loading, caching, REST, Thrift);

• Past experience or familiarity with architectural patterns of large, high-scale web or mobile applications;

• Experience building and using continuous development environments; • Demonstrated design and UX sensibilities;

• Rigor in A/B testing, test coverage, and other web best practices;

• Analytical and strong quantitative skills, plus experience combining code and math;

• Familiar with most of the following: Microsoft Stack, Python, Node.js, Docker, AngularJS.
