Role: CorePHP Developer

Website Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
- Monitor website load speed and ensure optimal user experience across devices.
- Identify performance gaps, suggest improvements, and track progress.
- Conduct website audits focusing on technical SEO, usability, and site speed.
Visual Analytics & User Behavior Analysis:
- Track visual analytics (heatmaps, session recordings) to identify issues.
- Report on user behavior patterns and suggest actionable improvements.
- Identify and report website issues such as broken links, slow-loading pages, or improper visual elements.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work with the marketing and development teams to align website goals with business objectives.
- Provide regular performance reports, highlighting issues, insights, and recommendations for improvements.

What will you do :
- Design creative visual interfaces those are user-friendly as well as aesthetically appealing to the customers.
- Deliver all project phases from concept and design to production (evaluations, task flows, scenarios, wireframes, low-fidelity/high fidelity prototypes, and design guidelines)
- Effectively communicate research findings, conceptual ideas, detailed design, and design rationale both verbally and visually.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams like product managers, developers, and designers.
- Develop and maintain effective specifications and design patterns.
- Measure the results of the product, identify key learnings and integrate them in overall user, product and feature understanding
Key skills :
- A sturdy portfolio demonstrating past work and relevant, user-centered design solutions

Required qualification :
- A bachelor's degree in design/Human Factors/ HCI/ Cognitive Science/ Psychology
- You possess knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision).
- You have up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Expertise in standard UX software such as Sketch, XD, Axure, InVision, Balsamiq, Framer, and the like is a must.
- Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus

Position: Call Quality Analyst
Monitoring Calls:
Listen to recorded or live calls between customer service representatives and customers.
Evaluate the call based on predefined quality metrics and guidelines.
Quality Assessment:
- Assess and score calls on various criteria, including but not limited to, professionalism, communication skills, adherence to scripts or protocols, problem-solving abilities, and compliance with company policies.
- Feedback and Coaching:
- Provide constructive feedback to call center agents on their performance, highlighting strengths and areas for improvement.
- Offer coaching and training to help agents enhance their skills and meet quality standards.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of evaluations, scores, feedback, and coaching sessions.
- Generate regular reports on individual and team performance for management review.
- Root Cause Analysis:
- Identify recurring issues or trends in calls and collaborate with relevant departments (e.g., training, operations) to address and resolve
- Compliance and Policy Adherence:
- Ensure that agents adhere to company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations during customer interactions.
- Process Improvement:
- Propose improvements to call center processes, scripts, training materials, or policies based on insights gained from call evaluations.
- Training and Development Support:
- Assist in the development and delivery of training materials and programs for call center agents.
- Conduct refresher training sessions on specific skills or areas identified for improvement.
- Quality Assurance Metrics:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) for call quality.

- Stakeholder Communication:

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Call Quality Analyst.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is often preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using call monitoring software and tools.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards (if applicable).

About the role
We are looking for a backend developer to help us execute our product roadmap faster. You will design, spec, develop, test, and deploy new features that can scale.
Your work could be related to:
- Defining new merchandising or reporting functionality
- Adding more advanced search capabilities
- Improving scoring/recommendation models
- eCommerce platform integrations/API implementations
- Load testing/scaling features as we continuously grow

- Managing background jobs with competing performance goals like quick turnaround while staying within platform API limits
- Embedding and dynamically changing products in an email even after sending it

Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Ruby On Rails (or a similar MVC framework like Express or Django). You are comfortable with Routes, Migrations, Models, Callbacks, Validations, and so on.
- Ability to design clean, scalable data structures for new features.
- A good understanding of design patterns so that complex processes are written in a maintainable way.
- Knowledge of managing source code with Git.
- Comfortable in a Linux OS.
