Job Overview:

As an HR Intern, you will assist in various HR activities and gain hands-on experience in key areas such as recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, onboarding, and HR operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
• Support the HR team in onboarding new hires, preparing documents, and organizing orientation sessions.

• Maintain employee records and assist in HR administration tasks.

• Define specifications and business requirements.
• Create User Stories/Acceptance criteria.
