Role Overview:

As a Technical Lead for AI/ML, you will spearhead the design and implementation of sophisticated machine learning models integrated with geospatial data architectures. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, cloud engineers, and product managers, to translate complex business requirements into high-performance AI solutions. Your work will directly influence the scalability and intelligence of our core platforms, ensuring that our technical infrastructure remains at the forefront of the industry while delivering measurable value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and deploy end-to-end AI/ML pipelines that integrate seamlessly with GIS and geospatial data streams to enhance predictive accuracy.

- Lead the development and fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI applications to automate complex analytical workflows.

- Design robust CI/CD pipelines for machine learning models to ensure rapid, reliable, and automated deployment across cloud environments.

- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical rigor, code quality, and innovative problem-solving within the AI/ML team.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps, ensuring that AI initiatives align with long-term business objectives and scalability requirements.

- Optimize deep learning models using frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch to improve inference speed and resource efficiency in production.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrate deep expertise in building and scaling AI/ML solutions, backed by 6 to 8 years of professional experience in the field.

- Possess advanced proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow, with a proven ability to architect complex models.

- Exhibit strong knowledge of GIS and geospatial data processing, with the ability to integrate spatial intelligence into machine learning workflows.

- Showcase a solid foundation in Cloud Architecture, specifically in designing and managing AI/ML infrastructure on major cloud platforms.

- Demonstrate mastery in DevOps practices, including the implementation of CI/CD pipelines for machine learning models to streamline production cycles.

We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join our data-driven team. As a Data Scientist, you will work with large datasets, apply advanced analytics techniques, and build machine learning models to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions. You will collaborate with various teams to translate complex data into clear recommendations and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business strategy.

Requirements and skills

• Proven graphic designing experience.
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus

Minimum Qualifications:

• MS or BS in Computer Science or a related subject.
• At least five (5+) years of web application testing and automation experience.
• Taking complete ownership of product testing efforts.
• Proficiency in Java/ Python or any other Object-Oriented Language.
• Experience of Selenium & WebServices or REST API testing or backend testing
• Ability to design and develop test automation frameworks from scratch
• Experience in CI/ CD setup preferably with Jenkin
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Expert in methodically developing use-cases-
• Expert at writing automation test cases using Selenium.
• Expert at testing the web application for both functionality and performance.
• Understands what world-class quality for SAAS Products 
• Expert at communicating the QA results with the engineering teams
• Expert at increasing visibility for blocker/critical issues.

• Ability to work in an existing codebase and collaborate with a diverse team
• Experience in building enterprise-scale backend REST APIs with frameworks such as Nest.js & Express.js using an API-first paradigm
• Intimate knowledge of crafting highly performant database queries
• Hands-on experience implementing relational database structures, including tables, indexes, views, etc.
• A mindset towards building systems for the cloud and DevOps fundamentals
• Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure services is good to have. If not then willingness to learn should be there.
• Focus towards building security, performance, and scalability into services from the beginning
• Experience with debugging code and troubleshooting technical issues in order to craft appropriate solutions
• Strong proficiency with JavaScript
• Experience in creating and deploying cloud-based web applications.
• Good at Jade, EJS,
• Good at CSS preprocessors (such as Stylus, Less, etc depending on your technology stack)
• Front-end technologies, such as HTML5, and CSS3
• User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
• Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system
• Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms, such as mobile vs. desktop

The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 8
years of program management office (PMO)  with an ability to think tactically as well as strategically while leading cross functional teams in a matrixed environment. He is single point of contact for Delivery PMO and Process Governance. The primary goal of this candidate is to achieve benefits from standardizing and following project management policies, processes, and methods to be leveraged by multiple project owners. The candidate should have the ability to provide a decision support information for stakeholders (including executives) to make appropriate decisions. The candidate should also could underpin the project delivery mechanisms ensuring that all business change in an organization is managed in a controlled way.

Responsibilities:

• Transparency: providing information with a single source of the truth. Information should be relevant and accurate to support effective decision-making by stakeholders (including senior management).
• Reusability: stopping project teams from reinventing the wheel by being a central point for lessons learned templates and best practice.
• Delivery : making it easy for project teams to do their jobs by reducing bureaucracy, mentoring and process compliance. This includes the better coordination between two of delivery teams (One time Implementation and Managed Services) and other cross functional teams for SOP compliance and adherence.
• Governance: ensuring that communication to different stakeholders (including senior management) & decisions are taken by the right people , based on the right information presented. The governance role can also include audit or peer reviews, developing project and program structures, Standard Operating Procedures and ensuring accountability including of Information Security Management System as per ISO standards.
• Traceability: providing the function for managing documentation, project history and organizational knowledge.

• Create, Maintain and Own the PMO Delivery and Process Governance Metrics which includes Project Financials, Task and Ticket Metrics, Process KPI, Process Improvements, Delivery Governance and Excellence

Skills

• Gathering data about project progress and producing reports
• Developing standards and processes
• Encouraging (or enforcing where necessary) the use of those standards and processes
• Delivering training and mentoring Delivery and Process Governance PMO members and lead the team.
• Managing dependencies across multiple projects across delivery team

• MBA in Project/Operations/Systems/MIS or MCA Or equivalent
• 8-12 years’ experience in Service Desk/PMO environment, in a fast-paced though structured environment
• Strong Process and Agile Project Methodologies knowledge for managing multiple projects
• Superior verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Reporting on financial information such as Project Profitability, Claims and Invoicing
• Experience in working with agile lifecycle and/or tracking and process management tools, e.g. Zoho Projects & Desk or JIRA
• Identify and analyze opportunities and make tactical/strategic recommendations
• Hands on project management approach that includes a proven track record of project/program execution
• Need to have good understanding Competencies (AWS) and Industry specific foundations (ISMS, ISO 27001, GDPR) 
• Ability to quickly switch tasks, multi-task, be highly organized and detail oriented. 
• Ability to adapt communication style to effectively work with multiple levels within an organization
