Job Title: Restaurant Captain

Department: Operations Service

Location: Mumbai

Reports To: Restaurant Manager / Assistant Restaurant Manager

Position Summary:

The Restaurant Captain is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the service team to ensure seamless guest experiences. This role bridges front-line service and management, ensuring smooth operations, adherence to service standards, and prompt issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Service & Operations

• Greet and assist guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring memorable dining experiences.

• Supervise table set-up, service sequence, and clearing to maintain brand standards.

• Take and confirm guest orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of food and beverages.

• Handle guest feedback or complaints promptly and effectively.

• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth order flow and service timing.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in restaurant operations or similar supervisory roles.

• Strong knowledge of F&B service standards and POS systems.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Strong performance marketer profile

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 2.5+ years of experience in performance marketing in B2C Fintech product companies

Mandatory (Tech Skills 1): Must have strong hands-on expertise in running campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Youtube, Whatsapp etc

Mandatory (Tech Skills 2): Must have 1+ experience in customer acquisition in FinTech, B2C

Mandatory (Tech Skills 3): Must have experience with Appsflyer, Branch, Mixpanel or similar analytical tools

Mandatory (Company): B2C Fintech Product companies (Targeted companies list given below)

Responsibilities

• Implement various development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure
• Design, build and automate the AWS infrastructure (VPC, EC2, Networking, EMR, RDS, S3, ALB, Cloud Front, etc.) using Terraform
• Manage end-to-end production workloads hosted on Docker and AWS
• Automate CI pipeline using Groovy DSL
• Deploy and configure Kubernetes clusters (EKS)
• Design and build a CI/CD Pipeline to deploy applications using Jenkins and Docker

Eligibility

• At least 8 years of proven experience in AWS-based DevOps/cloud engineering and implementations
• Expertise in all common AWS Cloud services like EC2, EKS, S3, VPC, Lambda, API Gateway, ALB, Redis, etc.
• Experience in deploying and managing production environments in Amazon AWS
• Strong experience in continuous integration and continuous deployment
• Knowledge of application build, deployment, and configuration using one of the tools: Jenkins

• Discussing project aims with the client and development team.
• Designing and building web applications using Laravel.
• Troubleshooting issues in the implementation and debug builds.
• Working with front-end and back-end developers on projects.
• Testing functionality for users and the backend.
• Ensuring that integrations run smoothly.
• Scaling projects based on client feedback.
• Recording and reporting on work done in Laravel.
• Maintaining web-based applications.
• Presenting work in meetings with clients and management.

• A degree in programming, computer science, or a related field.
• Experience working with PHP, performing unit testing, and managing APIs such as REST.
• A solid understanding of application design using Laravel.
• Knowledge of database design and querying using SQL.
• Proficiency in HTML and JavaScript.
• Practical experience using the MVC architecture.
• A portfolio of applications and programs to your name.
• Problem-solving skills and critical mindset.
• Great communication skills.
• The desire and ability to learn.

Responsibilities :

- Knowledge of Node.js and frameworks available for it {such as NestJS, Express, StrongLoop, etc.}

- Experience in Database, Postgres Preferred.
- Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic
- Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code
- Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications
- Implementation of security and data protection
- Integration of data storage solutions 
- Strong proficiency with JavaScript

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with the product team on initial concepts, user flows, visual design, and prototypes.
• Research and prototyping with our customers.
• Creation and evolution of UI and brand language within the product.
• Meticulous detail and care for design execution, from concept to delivery.
• Participating in all project phases, from strategy to launch to optimization
• Tightly collaborate with software designers and developers to bring new product features to the market.\

Requirements:

• We should be keen on solving problems with Bharat users.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer.
• Extensive experience with a variety of graphic design and interactive tools, for example, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, Principle, Framer, etc
• Working knowledge of UX research methodologies with an ability to help lead sessions, apply appropriate techniques, and synthesize results
• Experience with cross-platform design systems, information architecture
