Identify key roles at Simplilearn and implement a succession plan for all the identified key rolesImprove employee engagement by designing and implementing focused engagement initiatives and tools to measure engagement objectively • Manage the HR business partnering function and ensure that HR related business needs of stakeholders and employees are fully met. Deliver high levels of employee & stakeholder satisfaction • Work on other strategic HR projects based on business needs.
