Software Development Engineer Testing (SDET)

Role Overview:

As a Social Media Marketer, you will be responsible for managing and growing our presence on various social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube. You will create and implement campaigns that resonate with our B2B audience, specifically targeting Shopify merchants and decision-makers in the e-commerce sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our marketing and brand goals.

• Manage all social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) to increase brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.

• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content, including posts, infographics, videos, and case studies, to educate and engage the target audience.

• Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to inform content creation and strategy.

• Collaborate with the content, design, and product teams to create social media assets that support product launches, webinars, and events.

• Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Buffer, and provide insights and recommendations.

• Engage with followers, industry influencers, and partners to create conversations and foster community growth.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, particularly in the Shopify and e-commerce space.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Marketer, with a focus on B2B or SaaS.

• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Twitter, and other B2B-relevant social platforms.

• Experience in managing paid social campaigns and working with paid media budgets.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong understanding of what resonates with a B2B audience.

• Ability to create both visual and written content.

• Analytical mindset with experience in reporting and improving on key social metrics.

• Understanding of Shopify, e-commerce, and SaaS is a major plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Required Skills:

Sell BETSOL products and services using the power of words. • Write content that will be included in marketing, public relations, and advertising material. • Write engaging headlines and concise product descriptions. • Create conversion-oriented content that turns visitors into customers. • Collaborate with product managers and product owners to build a complete understanding of BETSOL’s products and services. • Research the technology and solutions that our competitors offer. • Responsible for gaining in-depth understanding of backup industry's terms and trends. • Ability to understand technical terms and speak to B2B audiences about complex topics. • Brainstorm visual and content ideas with other members of the Marketing team. • Leverage brand strategies, unique voices of BETSOL and its various products to maintain identifiable voices while also producing creative and innovative campaigns. Required Skills • 1-3 years of content marketing in a web-based marketing environment. • Familiarity with web content marketing best practices. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including an ability to work in a team environment. • Ability to share a portfolio of relevant works. • Design collaterals for our performance marketing team across multiple display networks, social media, and native platforms.
• Execute our visual strategy and calendar to be deployed across all digital channels.
• Work with our copywriter to conceptualize compelling designs that increase the brand's overall reach, engagement, and conversions to sales.
• Work on design collaterals like social media creatives, videos, infographics, blog & amp; web banners, emails, landing pages, etc.
• Optimize designs and visual language to match the relevant channel requirements but also maintain our overall brand tone.
• Monitor and implement relevant digital design trends to keep our brand communication engaging and up-to-date with industry standards.

• 3 - 5 years of experience designing digital content and marketing collaterals, with a good portfolio of work.
• Has a clean visual design sense with good conceptual, typography, grid, and illustration skills.
• Animation and video editing skills will be an added advantage, but not mandatory.
• Can work independently and in a team to manage multiple projects and aggressive deadlines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high volumes.
• Exceptional attention-to-detail.
• Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Understand competitive and best-in-class design practices for digital content.
• Ability to uncover digital design trends and implement them wherever required.

• 4 years of hands-on experience with AURA components & lightning experience
• 2 years of Lightning Web Components (LWC) experience
• 4+ years of experience with writing and running APEX
• 1 + years of Visual Force experience
• Ability to work independently and come up with good development practices based on the problem.
• 1 year experience on Lightning communities
• 2 years of experience in designing responsive design solutions for various devices including SF1 app & IPAD safari browser
