The Mobile Lead Developer with a minimum of 3-6 years of experience to develop a React Native Mobile App

Job Overview

The primary role of this position will be to develop rich Mobile/Web applications for a new Reillo product.

Primary Skills

·        Experience with popular application development frameworks such as React Native with excellent JavaScript, Typescript, ES6 or greater, HTML5, and CSS development skills

·        Experience in iOS and Android Application development

·        Experience with modern front-end build pipelines and tools such as Webpack

·        Solid understanding of MVC, stateless APIs, Redux and building RESTful APIs

·        Experience on tools like Jest or React Testing Libraries

·        Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git

·        Ability to communicate effectively and make effective presentations

·        Experience with ReactJS for Web App development will be an added advantage.

Must Good to Have Details :

- Must have at least 1 year of experience on React Native along with architecture experience in Mobile Applications.

- Have strong knowledge of App UI design principles, patterns, and best practices

- Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, Gradle, Android Studio IntelliJ, VsCode

- In-Depth Knowledge of React, React Native, TypeScript or JavaScript Redux, Hooks, ECMAScript (ES6, ES7 etc.), Node, NPM and iOS & Android Build systems

Must have :

- Understanding of REST APIs, the document request model, and offline storage and must have on React Native chart Library

- Working knowledge on Sending Notifications with APNs & FCM

- Experience working with Backend Web Services (like REST etc), Fetch API, and Axios and knowledge of Databases (Relational, Distributed etc.)

- Experience in integrating libraries like React Navigation, React Native, Firebase, Social Logins (Facebook, Google, Apple etc.), Push Notifications etc.

- Responsive layouts in both platforms in reactive native using Media Query & Flexbox

- Sound knowledge of Design Patterns like Creational, Structural, and Behavioral

Good to have :

- Working experience on third-party dependencies and debugging - dependency conflicts

- Must be able to integrate native code in react-native and expo Modules

- Able to generate builds for both IOS(.IPA) and Android (APK) Platforms and experience in hosting apps on respective Stores(AppStore, PlayStore).

As a Flutter Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality mobile applications using the Flutter framework. Your primary focus will be on creating elegant, performant, and responsive user interfaces (UIs) that deliver a seamless user experience across multiple platforms. You will collaborate with a team of software engineers, designers, and product managers to transform requirements into fully functional mobile applications.

• Develop mobile applications using Flutter framework and Dart programming language.
• Design and implement user-friendly, responsive UI components and screens.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices and coding standards.
• Optimise application performance for various devices and screen sizes.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and fix issues, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and services to enhance application functionality.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience in developing mobile applications using the Flutter framework.
• Strong proficiency in Dart programming language and object-oriented design principles.
• Solid understanding of mobile app architecture patterns (such as MVVM or Redux) and state management solutions.
• Proficiency in UI/UX design principles and the ability to create visually appealing and intuitive interfaces.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration of third-party libraries and services.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in developing cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android using Flutter.

• Familiarity with backend technologies and server-side development (e.g., Node.js, Firebase, or GraphQL).
• Understanding of software testing methodologies and automated testing frameworks.

Requirements:

• Engineers with 1-6 years of experience in shipping consumer-facing Android apps with the large user base, ideally currently available on the Google Play Store

• Top-notch programming skills in Java, Kotlin and Android along with MVVM, Dagger2, Room, LiveData, Coroutine & JetPack-Components

• Command of memory management, view hierarchy, battery optimisation and in-depth experience with multi threaded and networked applications

• Worked with Restful APIs, third-party SDK Integrations and common technologies like HTTPS, JSON, OAuth, and SQL

• Thorough working knowledge of Android Studio with the Gradle build system
• Understanding the quirks of the fragmented ecosystem of Android OS versions and devices
