Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with various data analysis teams on projects for international clients.
• Manage and nurture relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to delivery, ensuring all client requirements are addressed.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.
• Organize and coordinate tasks with the development team to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor progress and perform quality control checks to ensure high standards are met.
• Verify and validate new products to ensure they meet client specifications.

Qualifications:

• At least 1+ year of experience in project management.
• Proficiency in French at a minimum B2 level.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and teams.
• Highly adaptable and able to manage change in dynamic project environments.

• Preparing product information and research reports for critical care segment products
• Providing clinical research data, trial information, latest medical trend to team and customers.
• Preparing presentations, MIS, product information brochures, and any other related responsibilities
• Meeting super specialty doctors and providing product information, studies, engaging and discussion on segment related trends and advancements.
• Engaging with business team and planning development activities
• Active engagement with management for expansion of business activities and providing inputs for company development.
• Any other responsibilities required on ongoing growth of the company.

• Job Title:- Project Engineer/Project Manager
• of days:- 5 days working hours.
• Timing:- 10 a.m to 6 p.m
• Notice Period:- 1 month
• Qualification:- B.E. ELECTRICAL (MOST PREFERABLE) OR B.E. MECHANICAL
• Experience:- MIN 2YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN GROUND MOUNTED AND ROOFTOP OR MIN 5mw OF EXPERIENCE.

Job Description:-

• Having experience of solar project execution
• Site visit, material forecasting
• BOM preparation
• Solar plant drawing preparation
• Experience on AutoCAD for various drawing i.e. Plant layout, electrical SLD, earthing design, structure design planning.
• Project costing forecast, costing Estimation and cost evaluation of project as per market.
• Vendor management.
• Vendors follow-up.
• Vendors payment update and working follow-up.
• Readiness to visit any site and experienced enough to prepare the project planning.
• Responsible for on-site project issue.

Responsibilities:

1.     Sales Generation:

·       Identify and prospect potential clients to generate new business opportunities.

·       Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our offerings.

·       Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

·       Follow up with leads and coordinate the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.

2.     Client Relationship Management (only for Senior Associate):

·       Conduct regular client follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

3.     Market Analysis (only for Senior Associate):

·       Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

·       Conduct market analysis to identify potential business opportunities and target markets.

·       Gather customer feedback and market insights to contribute to product and service enhancements.

4.     Sales Administration:

·       Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including customer profiles, sales activities, and pipeline management.

·       Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

·       Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to streamline processes and improve sales effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills:

·       Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

·       Proven track record of 1-3 years in sales or business development roles for an associate and 4-6 years in sales and business development roles for a senior associate, preferably in a B2B environment.

·       Relevant experience like training Industry, HR consultancy, etc

·       Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to close deals.

·       Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.

·       Self-motivated and target-driven, with a demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.

• Over +7 years of professional experience in analyzing, designing, developing and deploying client server web applications using .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC and WEB API.

• Responsible for lead, develop and maintain .NET Core web applications and coordinate with other developers to maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable coding standards.

• Experience in writing .NET Core Web API using JWT tokens with a deep understanding of how to streamline data payloads for mobile and low bandwidth devices.
