GDS Marketing is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and online research.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and challenges.
• Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of GDS Marketing's services.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring that contracts are signed and projects are initiated on time and within budget.
• Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking progress and forecasting future revenue.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and delivery, to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in business development and sales.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in business development or sales, with a minimum of 01 years of experience Or Freshers.
• Strong understanding of the marketing and advertising industry, with a focus on digital marketing solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.

Job Description: 

This role requires you to be a tech-savvy contributor in translating customer needs and user requirements into an interactive web-based application. You must be a good problem solver, have keen attention to detail and take responsible actions in ensuring the application is optimized both in technology and in delivering the best user experience.  

Work closely with product and engineering teams to create elegant, responsive and interactive interfaces.  

Handcraft UI/UX designs into prototypes  

Write reusable components and address performance issues of the product. 

Requirements: 

Bachelor Degree / Masters in Engineering (ECE or CSE preferred)  

A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience as a Web, UI or Frontend Engineer 

Work experience in React JS / React TS and Data structure is a must. 

Sound knowledge in JavaScript, HTML and CSS,  

Working knowledge of Git: creating, merging branches, cherry-picking commits, examining the diff between two hashes. 

Be able to write clean and maintainable code with attention to performance 

Keen eye for design, and have experience of debugging using browser console. 

An ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and bring in optimal flow for rapidly changing design. 

AWS experience is a plus although not mandatory.

Excellent knowledge with proven implementation experience of:  Axiom Controller View V9 / V10 (2+ years’ experience).  Building and configuring Axiom workflows to solve complex business problems and mapping to Axiom data dictionaries.   XBRL and template disclosure submission including taxonomy, data point model and validations experience.   Knowledge of EU regulatory reporting requirements (COREP/Statistical) with strong Capital knowledge.  Packaging, deploying, branching Axiom solution including upgrades as part of the software development lifecycle.   Oracle PL/SQL.
