Key Responsibilities

• Add motion graphics and animations to enhance content appeal.
• Create social media reels, ads, YouTube videos, and digital content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.).
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to produce engaging digital ads and branded content.
• Optimize video content for different advertising platforms, ensuring correct aspect ratios, durations, and quality standards.
• Stay updated with social media trends to create content that drives engagement, views, and conversions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro & Adobe After Effects.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and video composition.
• Strong eye for visual aesthetics, storytelling, pacing, and color grading.
• Ability to create viral and trend-based content for social media.
• A strong portfolio showcasing creativity, technical skill, and attention to detail.
• Work with a creative, growing team in the real estate industry.

Education

• Secondary (12th Pass) or higher (Preferred).

Job Description 

At TensorIoT India team, we look forward to bringing on board senior Machine Learning Engineers / Data Scientists. In this section, we briefly describe the work role, the minimum and the preferred requirements to qualify for the first round of the selection process.

What are the kinds of tasks Data Scientists do at TensorIoT?

As a Data Scientist, the kinds of tasks revolve around the data that we have and the business objectives of the client. The tasks generally involve: Studying, understanding, and analyzing datasets; feature engineering, proposing and solutions, evaluating the solution scientifically, and communicating with the client. Implementing ETL pipelines with database/data lake tools. Conduct and present scientific research/experiments within the team and to the client. 

Minimum Requirements: 

• Masters + 6 years of work experience in Machine Learning Engineering OR B.Tech (Computer Science or related) + 8 years of work experience in Machine Learning Engineering 3 years of Cloud Experience.  
• Experience working with Generative AI (LLM), Prompt Engineering, Fine Tuning of LLMs.
• Hands-on experience in MLOps (model deployment, maintenance)
• Hands-on experience with Docker.
• Clear concepts of the following:
• - Supervised Learning, Unsupervised Learning, Reinforcement Learning
• - Statistical Modelling, Deep Learning
• - Interpretable Machine Learning  
• Well-rounded exposure to Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, and Time-Series Analysis.
• Scientific & Analytical mindset, proactive learning, adaptability to changes. 
• Strong interpersonal and language skills in English, to communicate within the team and with the clients.

Preferred Qualifications: 

• PhD in the domain of Data Science / Machine Learning 
• M.Sc | M.Tech in the domain of Computer Science / Machine Learning 
• Some experience in creating cloud-native technologies, and microservices design. 
• Published scientific papers in the relevant domain of work.

• Responsible for designing, storing, processing, and maintaining of large-scale data and related infrastructure.
• Can drive multiple projects both from operational and technical standpoint.
• Ideate and build PoV or PoC for new product that can help drive more business.
• Responsible for defining, designing, and implementing data engineering best practices, strategies, and solutions.
• Is an Architect who can guide the customers, team, and overall organization on tools, technologies, and best practices around data engineering.
• Lead architecture discussions, align with business needs, security, and best practices.
• Has strong conceptual understanding of Data Warehousing and ETL, Data Governance and Security, Cloud Computing, and Batch & Real Time data processing
• Has strong execution knowledge of Data Modeling, Databases in general (SQL and NoSQL), software development lifecycle and practices, unit testing, functional programming, etc.
• Understanding of Medallion architecture pattern
• Has worked on at least one cloud platform.
• Has worked as data architect and executed multiple end-end data engineering project.
• Has extensive knowledge of different data architecture designs and data modelling concepts.
• Manages conversation with the client stakeholders to understand the requirement and translate it into technical outcomes.

Required Tech Stack

• Strong proficiency in SQL
• Experience working on any of the three major cloud platforms i.e., AWS/Azure/GCP
• Working knowledge of an ETL and/or orchestration tools like IICS, Talend, Matillion, Airflow, Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, GCP Composer, etc.
• Working knowledge of one or more OLTP databases (Postgres, MySQL, SQL Server, etc.)
• Working knowledge of one or more Data Warehouse like Snowflake, Redshift, Azure Synapse, Hive, Big Query, etc.
• Proficient in at least one programming language used in data engineering, such as Python (or Scala/Rust/Java)
• Has strong execution knowledge of Data Modeling (star schema, snowflake schema, fact vs dimension tables)
• Proficient in Spark and related applications like Databricks, GCP DataProc, AWS Glue, EMR, etc.
• Has worked on Kafka and real-time streaming.
• Has strong execution knowledge of data architecture design patterns (lambda vs kappa architecture, data harmonization, customer data platforms, etc.)
• Has worked on code and SQL query optimization.
• Strong knowledge of version control systems like Git to manage source code repositories and designing CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery.
• Has worked on data and networking security (RBAC, secret management, key vaults, vnets, subnets, certificates)

- Manage end-to-end interactions with prospective customers.

- Deliver tailored product demos to multiple stakeholders.

- Understand customer problem statements and follow a consultative sales process to offer solutions.

- Use sales acceleration tools to perform outbound and inbound sales.

- Research accounts to understand the customer's needs, perform effective follow-up, and generate interest.

- Unearth new sales opportunities through networking.

- Build strong relationships and effectively communicate with the sales, support, and marketing teams.

Requirements

- Have 2+ years of successful experience in SaaS Sales.

- Have been in a quota-carrying role.

- Obsessed with prospect happiness and can set the stage for effective sales follow-up.
