Job Role - Social Media Executive

Responsibilities:
● Create Campaign Strategies and monitor the execution to achieve the brand objective
● Objective Identification and delivery via curating the best digital strategy
● Managing and Supervising Facebook ads, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, and Linkedin Ads
● Handling social pages of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
● Develop, implement and manage a brand's social media strategy on a monthly basis.
● Define the most important social media KPIs.
● In-depth knowledge of paid marketing and daily implementation, reporting, and running of
paid marketing on all social platforms.
● Measure the success of every social media campaign, as per required metrics
● Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and updates

About the Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Python Django Developer to join our team in Gurgaon. This role requires a hands-on developer with expertise in building scalable web applications and APIs using Python and Django. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in relational databases, message brokers, and distributed systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure web applications using Python and Django.
- Build and optimize back-end services, RESTful APIs, and integrations with third-party tools.
- Implement and maintain asynchronous task processing using Celery and RabbitMQ.
- Work with PostgreSQL to design and optimize database schemas and queries.
- Utilize Redis and Kafka for caching, data streaming, and other distributed system needs.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues across the application stack.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Ensure code quality through comprehensive testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Expertise:

Job responsibilities:
- Partner closely with Product Design, Engineering, and Product Management to understand requirements and deliver product features and roadmap as envisioned by stakeholders.
- Own end-to-end user journey and all aspects of design execution from ideation, to prototyping, to user acceptance testing of product design tasks assigned.
- Conduct user interviews, user testing sessions, card sorting, and affinity mapping, conduct both qualitative and quantitative tests, and analyze the data.
- Design high-impact, functional responsive interfaces for web and mobile
- Collaborate with other designers and participate in our design critique process, to receive and provide feedback on design work
Skills you bring to the table:
- Experience in designing SaaS products with large customer bases
- Deep expertise using Figma/Xd/Sketch, and familiarity with design systems

- Fundamental understanding of the end-to-end iterative UX design process — research, ideation, information architecture, prototyping, validation, and refining solutions into pixel-perfect deliverables.

Category Manager
As a Category Manager, the individual would own the respective category P&L, growth strategy and brand partnerships. This is a critical role for the organization.
The responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
