Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sr Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining successful relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and achieve revenue targets by acquiring new clients and expanding business with existing clients.
• Identify business opportunities, develop strategies to penetrate new markets, and establish strong partnerships.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and business retention.
• Develop and implement sales plans, strategies, and initiatives aligned with company objectives.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations and other businesses, to ensure seamless service delivery and cross sell opportunities.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to refine sales strategies and stay ahead in the market.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to track progress and inform business decisions.
• Need to maintain accurate and timely update in the CRM system to track customer interactions and sales pipeline effectively.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of consistent target achievement.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze market trends, identify challenges, and implement effective solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales analytics platforms.

ROLES

We're seeking a qualified sales associate to sell annual car and bike Scotty subscription products that our customers have grown to rely on. The sales associate will utilize their skills to generate high-quality leads, build strong relationships with customers, and close deals. The ideal candidate has skills and demonstrates the ability to showcase our offerings compellingly. 

Job Location: Work from home

Position- Freelancer/Part time / full time

Selection process: HR Round followed by group discussion and sales manager round.

Qualification: Any Graduate/Post Graduate

Salary offered: As per industry standards

Working days: 6 days          Sunday is off

Summary
• The project lead is a core member of the agile teams implementing EdTech solutions. These EdTech solutions, ranging across Learning Platforms, Assessment systems, Simulation Training, and Interactive content, are to be fit-for-purpose, efficient, and of high quality.
• The responsibility of the project lead is to guide the overall implementation of the solutions created by the Zeus Learning team and address day-to-day issues related to the client’s business processes

• Take charge of the project and help it succeed
• Work with cross-functional teams to create a shared vision
• Coordinate all activities to run the project
• Build product roadmaps, run agile ceremonies and manage stakeholder expectations
• Educate teams about software development processes.
• Be the interaction point between Zeus Learning teams and the client and set correct expectations
• Ensure the product shapes up as envisioned

Requirements
• Should have a history of managing large projects.
• Good understanding of agile software development processes.
• Should be able to run teams and keep people motivated throughout the project.
