Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as an ERP Developer / ERP Technical Consultant
• Strong knowledge of ERP platforms (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Tally ERP, or custom ERP)
• Proficiency in backend languages (Node.js, Python, Java, or PHP depending on ERP platform)
• Solid understanding of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or SQL Server)
• Experience with API development and integration (REST, SOAP, GraphQL)
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js)
• Strong knowledge of business processes (finance, HR, payroll, sales, inventory, supply chain)
• Hands-on experience in custom module development and ERP reporting
• Proficient in Git/version control and CI/CD practices
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Odoo, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for ERP deployment
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and automation
• Prior experience in manufacturing, construction, or service industry ERPs
• Strong documentation and communication skills

Job Responsibilities

Problem Solving & Optimization:

• Analyze and resolve complex technical and application issues.

Design & Develop:

Collaboration:

• Coordinate with geographically distributed teams.

Quality Assurance & Security:

• Conduct peer reviews of designs and code to ensure best practices.
• Implement security measures and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement:

• Identify areas for improvement in the software development lifecycle.
• Stay updated with the latest tech trends, especially in AI and cloud technologies, and recommend new tools or frameworks.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3

1. Java Lead : 8-12 Years – GGN Location - NP : 60 Days max

• Experience on Full stack development and Microservices Architecture.
• Proven experience implementing distributed applications in a container environment (Docker/Kubernetes) along with considerable experience configuring and administrating Linux (or other Unix-like) systems Software engineering experience designing Enterprise Cloud Applications with Golang will be preferred
• Experience in any Databases like Postgres or any NoSQL DB like MongoDb
• Expertise in defining business architecture, business process definition & modelling, use cases, and requirements definition, and associated best practice processes for defining these artifacts
• Proven proficiency in grasping requirements and building illustrative features with minimal specifications
• Experience working in SAfe agile development environments.

• 3+ years relevant professional experience.   
• Good understanding and a full life cycle project implementation experience with Java / J2EE technologies  
• Hands on experience in core Java 
• Hands on experience in Microservices Architecture patterns.

• In-depth knowledge of application development using Spring.
• Proven experience implementing Java applications in an enterprise environment.
• Fundamental understanding of JavaScript front-end development.

• Experience with Angular and TypeScript   
• Experience upgrading applications from Angular 5 to 6 is a plus. 
• Experience using SOAP or REST APIs   
• Familiarity with Bitbucket, Rally, and REST API Clients is a plus.   
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills is an absolute must.

The Role Expectation

• You will play a key role in the development of the core product, working directly with the Business team on realizing their needs and translating it into the product.

You Have

• A sound knowledge of Python, hands-on experience in using Django/Flask etc., design patterns and application design
• Experience with database architectures like NoSQL, RDBMS. Eg: MongoDB/ Cassandra / Couchbase / MySQL
• A good understanding of message queues mechanisms like Redis/RabitMQ (or similar)
• Knowledge of python web crawling frameworks like Scrapy & Frontera
• Hands on experience with CI/CD
• Experience in using Git for source code management & Jira

Good to Have

• Strong Linux skills, knowledge of building large scale, multi-threaded applications and experience in designing and building RESTful web services,
• Building API services with GraphQL
• Skills in configuring and implementing Hadoop/HDFS, Elasticsearch and HBase or knowledge of any graph databases
• Prior experience in architecting large scale distributed systems and experience with cloud deployments on AWS/Azure
• Prior experience working in a fast-paced start-up environment.
• Domain knowledge in the financial/data space; any external, relevant certifications.
