We are hiring a full-time QA tester to see our products through our customers' eyes. You will use our live products the way a real customer would, every day, and make sure that nothing broken, confusing or inconsistent goes unnoticed.

What you'll do

- Every day, go through our live products as a new customer would: sign up with a real email address, check that the emails arrive, use the core features, pay, cancel and ask for help. Do this on your phone and on a computer.

- Test new products and significant changes before and after they go live.

- Report what you find clearly:

- the steps to reproduce it

- what you expected

- what actually happened

- a screenshot or screen recording

- how much it matters to a customer

- Re-test every fix, and mark it done only when it really works.

- Notice what nobody asked you to check: a price that doesn't match, an email that lands in spam, a page that's confusing on a small screen.
