We are looking for a proven hunter to build and grow our IT services business within GCCs in India.

The primary responsibility of this role is to create entry and win business with:

• newly established GCCs, and
• mature GCCs already operating in India

The focus is on positioning and selling our IT services offerings into GCCs, including areas such as:

• digital engineering
• application development / modernization
• cloud
• data / AI
• managed services
• specialist capability pods / team extensions
• transformation-led engagements

This role is not centered on GCC setup advisory.

Helping enterprises evaluate or shape GCC setup models may come up in conversations, but that is secondary. The primary requirement is someone who can open doors, build pipeline, and close IT services business within GCCs.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize target GCCs in India, including both:
• newly established GCCs
• mature/established GCCs
• Build a GCC-focused hunting strategy for IT services entry
• Open conversations with:
• GCC Heads
• Engineering Heads
• CIO/CTO/Technology Leaders
• Delivery / Transformation Leaders
• procurement and vendor stakeholders where relevant
• Drive the full sales cycle:
• account mapping
• outreach
• discovery
• solution positioning
• proposal/commercials
• closure
• Tailor the GTM approach based on GCC maturity:
• new GCC = setup/ramp/speed/capability-building needs
• mature GCC = cost optimization/productivity/specialized transformation/managed outcomes
• Build pipeline from scratch and convert that into revenue

We're looking for an experienced Zoho Developer (1-2 years) to join our team! We are seeking a skilled Data Visualization Engineer with expertise in Qlik Sense and experience working with reporting tools like PowerBI, Tableau, Looker, and Qlik Sense. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of QVF and QVD structures, basic HTTP API integrations, and end-to-end data pipelines. Some knowledge of Python for data processing and automation will be a plus. This role will primarily focus on Qlik Sense reporting. 

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Data Visualization & Reporting 

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Qlik Sense. 
• Work with PowerBI, Tableau, Looker, and Qlik Sense to create compelling data visualizations. 
• Ensure seamless data representation and storytelling through dashboards. 

2. Qlik Sense Development & Optimization 

• Develop and manage QVF and QVD structures for optimized data retrieval.

• Looking for an experienced Integration specialist with a good expertise in ETL Informatica and a strong Application integration background
• Minimum of 3+ years relevant experience in Informatica MDM required. Powercenter is a core skill set.
• Having experience in a broader Informatica toolset is strongly preferred
• Should prove a very strong implementation experience in Application integration, should demonstrate expertise/presentation with multiple use cases
• Passionate coders with a strong Application development background
• Should have application development experience outside of ETL, (just learning ETL as a tool is not enough), experience in writing application outside of ETL will bring in more value
• Strong database skills with a strong understanding of data, data quality, data governance, understanding and developing standalone and integrated database layers (sql, packages, functions, performance tuning ), i.e. Expert with a strong integration background who has more application integration background than just an ETL Informatica tool
• Experience in integration with XML/JSON based and heavily involve JMS MQ (read/write)
• Experience in SOAP and REST based API's exchanging both XML and JSON files used for request and response
• Experience with Salesforce.com Integration using Informatica power exchange module is a plus but not needed
