We are looking for an experienced Data Governance Lead to drive enterprise-wide data governance initiatives, establish governance frameworks, and ensure effective data management practices across complex business environments.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Design and implement end-to-end Data Governance operating models

✅ Develop data classification frameworks and lifecycle management standards

✅ Define data ownership, stewardship, governance forums, and RACI structures

✅ Conduct data control assessments, risk evaluations, and compliance reviews

✅ Build and maintain data risk registers and remediation plans

✅ Collaborate with business, IT, compliance, and executive stakeholders

✅ Lead governance workshops and present recommendations to leadership

Strong Junior GenAI / AI Backend Engineer Profiles

Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 1+ years of full time expeirence in software development using LLMs (OpenAI / Gemini / similar) in projects (internship / full-time / strong personal projects)

Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have strong coding skills in Python and hands-on backend development experience (FastAPI / Django preferred)

Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have built or contributed to AI/LLM-based applications, such as chatbots, copilots, document processing tools, etc.

Mandatory (Experience 4) – Must have basic understanding of RAG concepts (embeddings, vector DBs, retrieval)

About the job

• Design and implement robust backend systems and APIs using Java or similar backend language and Spring Boot or equivalent frameworks
• Integrate backend services with existing custom ERP systems

• Background in RTL implementation of SIMD / Vector processing engines

Job Description :

- Should have handson experience of more than 1+ years
