Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Node.js backend developer to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Node.js development. Knowledge of frontend frameworks like React.js or Angular, AI-driven development, Python, and AWS is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop a NodeJS backend with a modular, scalable architecture.

• Build REST APIs and WebSocket services for real-time updates.

• Optimize PostgreSQL queries, ensure proper indexing, and manage database migrations.

• Implement role-based authentication & authorization (JWT, RBAC in NestJS).

• Set up event-driven patterns (Redis pub/sub, background jobs, async processing).

• Integrate with external api’s (JSON-RPC, XML-RPC, REST).

• Optimize API response times (caching, Redis, database tuning).

• Ensure secure API development (encryption, secure credentials storage).

• Provide technical mentorship to junior developers and contribute to architectural decisions.

We are looking for a qualified Backend Developer to design and code functional programs and applications. You will work as part of a team and individually with little supervision.

A great Application Developer has excellent knowledge of Javascript. 

They must be familiar with a variety of operating systems and platforms. The ideal candidate will also have an analytical mindset and a keen eye for detail.

The goal is to write “clean” and flawless code to produce fully functional software applications according to requirements.

Experience: 2 years and more

CTC: Upto 18 LPA

Skills Required

• 2+ years of web application development experience using Javascript
• Experience in Node.js, and Express.js/loopback.js
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs
• Data modelling experience in both relational and NoSQL databases(MongoDB preferred).
• Experience deploying and maintaining a micro-service architecture
• Experience with Microsoft Azure
• Experience with server-less infrastructure paradigms (AWS Lambda, etc).
• Experience building a scalable product is a bonus!

• Expert knowledge of computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms,

Responsibilities and Duties -

You will be taking ownership of a big project already in production. This project already has 25L registered users.

Responsibilities:

• Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Own & build new modules/features end-to-end independently.

Requirements:

• Thorough understanding of Node.js, JavaScript, its quirks, and workarounds.
• Excellence in at least one framework like strongloop loopback, express.js, sail.js etc.
• Excellence in at least one Javascript framework like Angular, vue.js, Ember, React or Backbone.
• Basic architectural understanding of modern day web applications.
• Diligence for coding standards.
• Must be good with git and git workflow.
• Experience of external integrations is a plus.
• Working knowledge of AWS, GCC, Azure.
• Expertise with linux based systems.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like jenkins is a plus.
• Experience with testing and automation frameworks.
• Extensive understanding of RDBMS systems.
