We are looking for a Growth hacker to join the core team. The role will start off as a strong individual contributor and later involve building the team as well as we scale. It will mean taking on full responsibility for driving revenue through ideas and actions that help meet brand, product and business objectives.
Key Work Areas
- Evaluate and enhance end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition, retention and conversion rate optimization
- Manage, optimise and execute multi-channel marketing and retargeting campaigns
- Analyse own content stream to optimise content strategy
- Write crisp copy with quick turn-around time
- Optimise listing for e-commerce marketplaces
- Draw insights from product sales data for product portfolio optimisation

The role
We are looking for a PR Lead to own and drive a public relations strategy globally for Fynd Commerce and our entire product suite—including Boltic, PixelBin, GlamAR, Copilot, and more. You'll be responsible for driving PR efforts while coordinating with an external agency to execute the strategy.
This role is not just about media coverage—it’s about shaping the narrative, building strong industry relationships, and ensuring Fynd is positioned as a thought leader in commerce, AI, automation, and digital transformation.
What will you do at Fynd?
PR Strategy & Execution
- Develop and lead the global PR strategy for Fynd and all product verticals, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Own the end-to-end media relations, press outreach, and storytelling efforts.
- Proactively pitch stories and secure coverage across top-tier publications, industry media, and digital platforms.
- Position Fynd’s leadership, products, and innovations as key voices in retail tech, AI, automation, and SaaS.
- Monitor commerce, AI, and SaaS trends to identify opportunities for thought leadership and media placements.
Media & Industry Relations
- Build and nurture relationships with journalists, editors, analysts, and influencers across tech, retail, SaaS, and AI domains.
- Develop a strong press network to ensure consistent and impactful media coverage.
- Manage media requests, interviews, and speaking opportunities for Fynd’s leadership team.
- Drive executive communications, including keynote speeches, panel discussions, and industry event participation.
Content & Thought Leadership
- Craft press releases, bylined articles, op-eds, and media statements that shape industry perception.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create impactful storytelling around product innovations, partnerships, and market trends.
- Work closely with the content and growth teams to align PR efforts with broader marketing strategies.
- Lead crisis communications and reputation management when necessary.
Corporate & Community Engagement
- Identify and leverage speaking opportunities, awards, and strategic partnerships to amplify Fynd’s brand visibility.
- Engage with online communities, industry forums, and professional networks to position Fynd as an industry leader.
- Support internal communications to keep employees informed and aligned with key brand messaging.

- 10+ years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or media strategy, preferably in SaaS, tech, or retail.

ReactJS Developer Skills
- At least 1+ years of experience as a React.js developer.

- Complete understanding of ReactJS and its main fundamentals like JSX, Virtual DOM, component lifecycle, etc.
- Preceding experience with ReactJS workflows like Flux, Redux, Create React App, data structure libraries
- Understanding of RESTful APIs/GraphQL, HTML/CSS, ES6 (variables and scoping, array methods), code versioning tools like GIT, SVN, etc., popular frontend development tools, CI/CD tools, DevOps, performance testing frameworks like Mocha, Node + NPM
