Arma Agency — a marketing agency working with home-service businesses in the US market. We're currently looking for a PPC specialist to manage and create advertising for our clients.
Core requirements: 2+ years of experience as a PPC specialist in the US market, plus experience managing and creating ads through AI (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.).
Must-have requirements
PPC experience specifically in the US market — minimum 2 years, with real accounts (not training/course case studies). Critically, the person must understand the specifics of local lead gen for service businesses: geo-targeting by city/ZIP, local intent, and seasonality of niches (roofing, HVAC, plumbing, etc.).
Ability to set up and manage ads through AI tools. This is the key filter that screens out 90% of candidates. Specifically: working with the Google Ads API / Meta Marketing API (at least at the level of reading data and making bulk changes), or via MCP connectors (Pipeboard, Google Ads MCP), or via scripts (Google Ads Scripts, Python). The person must be able to task an AI rather than click manually in the interface, and validate the result. Verified through a practical test, not by their word.
Google Ads + Meta Ads at a working level — these are our two core channels. We don't need an all-platform generalist; we need depth specifically in these two.
A CPL-driven mindset, not ROAS. We work toward cost per lead, not return on sale. The candidate must think in terms of CPL, conversion tracking, and lead quality — not abstract ROAS metrics from e-commerce.
Technical tracking: Pixel, CAPI, conversion events, and the ability to diagnose broken tracking (a typical problem — an event stops firing and the account burns budget blind). This is a separate skill and must be tested as well.
Nice-to-have
Experience at an agency with a multi-client structure (sub-accounts, Business Manager across several clients), rather than in-house on a single brand. Familiarity with the Claude API / LLM-based generation of creatives and reports. English at a level sufficient for working with US clients and platforms (interfaces, support, documentation)

DUTIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES
Responsibilities include, but may not be restricted to:
- Analyze an organization and understand its processes and systems, to define the current state of the process (as is process map) and documenting relevant information needed to determine automation potential. The examples are as below :

- Process volumes, including any seasonal variations.

- Define the future state and/or business solution to automate the defined processes by designing the to-be process maps that includes some of the following information:

Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Founding Engineer (first engineering hire). This is an equity-only role, meaning compensation will be in the form of equity rather than a salary.
This role will be 30% applied research and 70% product engineering. The expectation is that you will be able to commit 15 hours per week for this role to begin with.
