About the role:

SaveIN is looking for a Sales Growth Hacker

You will be responsible for driving growth by Identifying new business opportunities, pitch company’s product and services and close these opportunities, manage these partnerships, plan monthly initiatives and sales targets to drive business objectives

Location: Gurgaon/ Work from home

Reporting: Founding member & COO

Key responsibilities:

• Define and execute Sales strategies in accordance with overall business objectives
• Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
• Able to develop and maintain broad and deep external partner relations with company partners
• To achieve sales targets by working with partners
• Address customer queries for key business processes
• Listen to the needs of the customer and share insights with product and marketing teams to help create and deliver solutions for customers
• Act as a product, domain and market expert through presentations & demo videos and onboarding videos to customers

Skills and competencies:

• Education: Graduate/Post-graduate with experience in Sales
• 2+ years of experience in Business Development/Partnerships
• Experience in B2C product/ mobile based product
• Past experience as a Banking/insurance RM can be an added advantage
• Entrepreneurial mindset with an ability to take complete ownership

Required Qualifications: 

∙Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience. 

∙5+ years of experience in a DevOps role, preferably for a SaaS or software company. 

∙Expertise in cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). 

∙Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, Ruby). 

∙Extensive experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Travis CI). 

∙Extensive experience with NGINX and similar web servers. 

∙Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). 

∙Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g. Terraform, CloudFormation). 

∙Ability to work on-call as needed and respond to emergencies in a timely manner. 

∙Experience with high transactional e-commerce platforms.

Preferred Qualifications: 

∙Certifications in cloud computing or DevOps are a plus (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, 

Azure DevOps Engineer Expert). 

∙Experience in a high availability, 24x7x365 environment. 

∙Strong collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills. 

∙Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong CS fundamentals OOPS concepts, algorithms data structures Core Java
• Deep knowledge of basic React Native components and Android Studio
• Ability to write well-documented, clean Java and Javascript code
• In-Depth knowledge of building tools like XCode, and Android Studio
• Knowledge of Android Studio and React Native Lifecycle and publishing cycles on Google and Apple app stores.

Role: Backend Developer

Role & Responsibilities / What you will do?

• Participate in design and implementation of the overallBackend architecture.
• Understand Architecture Requirements and ensure effective Design, Development,
• In depth knowledge of NodeJS, ExpressJs. (plus point if having knowledge of GOLang)

• This position involves testing activities of all phases of software development life cycle and the development of GUI automated tests for end-to-end testing of a Business-to-Business web application that spans Front Office (website) and Back Office (Linux) implementations. The successful candidate will be working closely in a team environment with product development engineers and quality assurance to create automated acceptance, functional, smoke tests and performance tests.
• Ownership of the entire test cycle for an Agile team, including story decomposition and sizing, test and test automation approach, test plans and objective creation, testing.
• Maintaining test suites and test tools, test environment setup, defect management, test execution and test reporting.
• Work on improving Best Practices in Test Management and Quality Assurance Process.

• 5-10 years of experience.
• Minimum 5 years of Experience in Selenium Web-driver. 
• Good understanding of QA methodology, automation expertise and ability to code.
• Good understanding of various operating systems such as Microsoft Windows and Linux/Unix.
• Good knowledge of SQL and relational database such as Oracle, MS SQL Server, and MySQL.
• Good understanding of browser technologies such as Internet Explorer, Mozilla, Firefox, and Google Chrome.
• Good knowledge of Rest API testing.
• Some knowledge of programming/scripting languages/environments such as XML, JavaScript, Perl, PL/SQL and Unix/Linux Shell, Python.
• Some understanding of network protocols such as TCP/IP, HTTP and SSL.
• Some knowledge of programming languages such as Java.
• Experience with tools such as Selenium strongly desired.
