Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles (Software Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps, Cloud, Data, IT Support, etc.).
• Understand technical job descriptions and effectively communicate role requirements to candidates.
• Source candidates through job portals, social networks, professional networks, referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate pipeline and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
• Negotiate salary, manage offer rollout, and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide weekly/monthly reports.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and hiring teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 1–5 years of experience in IT recruitment (customize range as needed).

• Overall 10+ years of experience in the IT industry.
