As a Graphic Designer and Video Editor, you will create visually compelling content for various platforms, utilizing your expertise in graphic design and video editing. You will be responsible for designing digital and print materials, editing videos, and ensuring consistent branding.
Responsibilities:
1. Design visually appealing graphics for digital and print materials.
2. Record footage and edit into polished videos, incorporating visual effects and motion graphics.
3. Collaborate with the topic research team to develop concepts and storyboards.
4. Utilize motion graphics and animation techniques to enhance videos. 5. Maintain consistency in design elements and brand identity.
6. Review and revise designs and videos for accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
7. Manage multiple projects, coordinating with stakeholders and meeting deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related Reld.
- Proven experience in graphic design and video editing, with a strong portfolio.
- ProRciency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Familiarity with motion graphics and animation software is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay updated with the latest design and video editing trends.

What Does The Job Actually Involve?
- Strategising, conceptualising and designing graphics for various campaigns
- Iterating on designs, assets, layouts, etc,
- Executing imaginative, appealing projects with great attention to detail and to deadlines.
- As an illustrator you will be responsible for producing digital artwork which caters to provided briefs from both external and internal parties.
Your Hard Skills
- 1 - 2 years of experience as an Illustrator making digital artwork / graphics.
- Good knowledge of creative character/background concept arts.
- Knowledge in traditional sketching/painting.
- Good knowledge of colour theory and typography.
- Well versed with tools and softwares such as Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite.
- Can conceptualise and Visually represent ideas with Aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Passion for mobile games would be a plus.

As our Junior Video Editor & Motion Designer you’ll be creating advertising content for our mobile marketing department to showcase our mobile games and attract a wide audience.
Your Team Mates
The creative team is responsible for creating almost all of the advertising for our Hyper-Casual games, be it from internal or externally acquired games, the team is responsible for creating great performing ads. The team consists of two core groups, both in Bangalore and the UK, it’s a fun collaborative team to be a part of!
What Does The Job Actually Involve?
- Think creatively to produce new ideas and ad concepts for our various games.
- Display strong video editing and motion design for advertising content.
- Present concepts and finalised ideas to line managers via established feedback processes.
- Produce high quality artwork. Proofread to ensure accuracy and adherence to requirements.
- Produce and iterate on assets suitable for full production.
- Ensure artistic consistency within our marketing assets.
- Maximise CTR and lower CPI for creatives of Kwalee games.
- Research and keep abreast of emerging technologies including software and devices in order to be able to deliver the most up-to-date and relevant marketing assets, including learning new artistic skills or technologies as necessary.
- Research and keep abreast of competitor trends and developments.
- Gain and maintain an awareness of key players within the industry and their creative output.
- Archive art and video produced so that it can be found and re-used easily to avoid it being produced multiple times.
- Procure assets from external libraries where possible to save on the necessity of production.
Your Hard Skills
- 1+ years of experience in Video editing
- Strong skills with Adobe After Effects and Photoshop with 1+ years of experience

Requirements:
- Bachelor/Masters in Design, HCI, Psychology or any other related field
- 6-7 years of experience in designing desktop and/or mobile applications
- Previous experience owning and executing on UX designs through collaborative decision making with front-end developers, engineers, researchers, content strategists, and other disciplines
- A deep understanding of the end-to-end iterative UX process, including personas, scenarios, wire-framing, content modelling, prototyping, user research, and design systems
- Empathy and advocacy for users, in all areas of work
- Experience using prototyping tools, as well as fundamental knowledge of front-end technologies to understand the constraints of the design
- Extraordinary UI design abilities that can be demonstrated through current projects.
- Figma experience is a must
- Hands-on experience with Sketch, Invision, Photoshop (or equivalent softwares) is an added to bonus

1. Work with the Degpeg team to create and establish the desired feel and look for the video/show to be created
2. Gather and transfer all forms of media into the editing software and ensure that each was updated in the correct format
3. Operate computer editing systems and equipment used for video media and effects
4. Establish a clear understanding of the storyline and purpose of the video's creation
5. Create an initial proposed storyboard draft of the video to present to clients and receive approval before beginning to digitally alter the video
6. Improve video and sound quality by using various video software
7. Edit the video to include preselected music, interviews, sound clips, and other important aspects of the project
8. Ensure the correct formatting and presentation for finalized videos according to the Degpeg specifications
