• Designs, codes, tests, debugs, and documents software according to systems quality standards, policies and procedures.
• Analyzes business needs and creates software solutions.
• Responsible for preparing design documentation.
• Prepares test data for unit, string, and parallel testing.
• Evaluates and recommends software and hardware solutions to meet user needs. Resolves customer issues with software solutions and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements.
• Works with business and development teams to clarify requirements to ensure testability. Drafts revise and maintain test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts.
• Executes test procedures according to software requirements specifications
• Logs defects and makes recommendations to address defects.
• Retests software corrections to ensure problems are resolved.

• Leading a team of researchers in certain projects, if and when required by the business
• Understanding the competitive landscape within each market
• Proposing research studies that will lead to impactful business decisions
• Developing and establishing a well-defined roadmap before starting a research project
• Working hand-in-hand with the business in understanding the various market, economic or such questions which are to be answered through relevant research
• Designing the research methodology and also Identifying and locating relevant information related to the particular research
• Identifying various data sources, collecting and analyzing data relevant to the research topic and also supporting in report-writing
• Performing statistical and qualitative analysis of data related to markets and competitors

• Masters in Economics or Public Policy is a must
• 3 – 5 years of experience in managing research process and outcomes

Our core technology is built 100% in-house with several breakthroughs in Natural Language Understanding. Our parser is built based on zero-shot learning that helps us to launch industry-specific IVA that can achieve over 90% accuracy on Day-1.

As a SDE III, you will be :

1. Designing and implementing FullStack applications of interface.ai’s conversational AI platform and playing a significant role in evolving them.
