Graphic Designer,

What you’ll do:

• Hire, train, and lead callers, admin, tech support, graphic designer, and sales support team

• Set daily targets, track performance, and run morning huddles

• Manage attendance, payroll, and day-to-day operations

• Report directly to the founder (based in Hyderabad right now)

You need:

• 3+ years managing a back-office or BPO team in India

• Proven experience hiring and scaling small teams

• Strong in both English and local hiring

• Good with Google Sheets, basic CRM, and WhatsApp groups

• Willing to work at night shifts from their place (Remote)

● Experience: 5+ years of experience in front-end development with significant experience using ReactJS and its ecosystem (Redux, React Router, etc.).
