About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Designer specializing in men’s shirts to join our creative team. The role involves end‑to‑end design development, from concept research to production handover, ensuring timely completion of seasonal collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Concept research and design development for upcoming seasons
• Preparing creative samples and tech packs; coordinating with vendors for timely range completion
• Graphic design for labels, trims, and product sampling
• Providing design support and tech packs for selected styles to ensure smooth production handovers
• Conducting market visits for design intelligence and competitive brand study
• Monitoring sell‑through data to improve product design and collection performance
• Making adjustments in fits as per market requirements

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in Fashion Design (NIFT / Pearl or equivalent)
• 7–9 years of experience with domestic fashion brands
• Strong expertise in men’s shirt design, fabrics, and garment construction
• Proficiency in design software: CorelDRAW, Illustrator, Photoshop
• Skilled in pattern making and garment construction
• Excellent communication skills and team spirit
• Additional graphic design skills will be an advantage

We are looking for a skilled React Native Developer to join our frontend engineering team. We are looking for an Automation Test Engineer with a natural flair for solving complex problems and making life easier for others. You'd be a part of our dynamic QA team responsible for maintaining and enhancing the quality of our products.

Responsibilities:

• Owning the quality of any deliverables including new features and enhancements
• Working closely with the product team in understanding the requirements and user workflow
• Writing highly efficient manual test cases and performing functional, ad-hoc and regression testing
• Designing, developing and executing automation test scripts
• Raising defects/bugs and tracking them till closure

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering/IT/computer science or related field
• 2-4 years of relevant work experience in software testing
• Professional automation QA experience, using Selenium Webdriver with Python and/or Java 
• Experience in using a defect tracking system to report, track and resolve defects
• Good understanding of the Agile software development methodology (Kanban or Scrum) 
• Passion for software quality assurance, problem detection and analysis

Experience Range: 

Proven 2-3 years of work experience as a Product Designer. Must have worked on digital products. Familiar with user research practices. Having worked in the app product space is a huge plus. 

Technical Expertise:

• Demonstrable Product design skills with a strong portfolio is a must.
• Proficiency in Adobe XD, Illustrator and Figma is a must.
• Design eye-catching mobile app experiences for our app experiences.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Be able to work in a cross-functional team as well as independently solve UX-related problems.
• Up-to-date with the latest Mobile app trends, techniques, and technologies.
• BS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or Visual Arts is a plus.

·         Professional experience as UI/UX Designer, preferably who has worked in healthcare EMR and in designing mobile applications

·         Strong portfolio demonstrating effective and attractive designs

·         Mastery of standard design tools (Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)

·         Excellent knowledge of emerging UX and visual design trends

·         Experience in conducting users interviews and usability testing

·         Understanding of user centered and responsive design

·         Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions

·         Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism
