About the Role

We are building a new-age consumer commerce platform focused on parents in India. We are looking for an entrepreneurial Mobile Developer who is passionate about creating exceptional mobile experiences and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

As an early member of the engineering team, you will work directly with the CEO and have the opportunity to build and scale our customer-facing mobile applications while also developing internal tools that power our operations. This role offers high ownership, autonomy, and the chance to shape the future of our products.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain high-quality mobile applications for iOS and Android.
• Develop customer-facing features with a strong focus on performance, usability, and reliability.
• Design and build internal operations tools and workflows that support business teams.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams to turn ideas into products.
• Own the complete development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and monitoring.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and user experience.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of experience building mobile applications.
• Strong proficiency in either:
• React Native (preferred), or
• Native iOS (Swift), and/or
• Native Android (Kotlin/Java), or
• Flutter.
• Experience consuming REST APIs and integrating backend services.
• Understanding of mobile architecture, state management, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with Git and modern development practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have

• Experience working in D2C, e-commerce, consumer internet, or marketplace companies.
• Experience building customer-facing mobile products at scale.
• Exposure to backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Firebase.
• Experience building internal tools or operational workflows.
• Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Firebase services.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Flutter Developer to design and develop a high-quality mobile application. The ideal candidate shall have a minimum of 2 years experience in mobile development, proficiency in Flutter, with good knowledge in C++, and desirably understands Computer Vision (CV).

We are seeking a skilled and experienced React Native Developer to join our dynamic development team. As a React Native Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications using the React Native framework. • Design and Build sophisticated and highly scalable apps using flutter.
• Build custom packages in Flutter using the functionalities and APIs already available in native Android and IOS.
• Translate and Build the designs and Wireframes into high quality responsive UI code.
• Write efficient queries for core Data.
• Explore feasible architectures for implementing new features.
• Resolve any problems existing in the system and suggest and add new features in the complete system.
• Suggest space and time efficient Data Structures.
• Follow the best practices while developing the app and also keeping everything structured and well documented.
• Document the project and code efficiently.
• Manage the code and project on Git in order to keep in sync with other team members and managers.
• Interact with the Product Manager to help understand end-user feedback.
• Ensure security guidelines are always followed while developing the app.
• Suggest new features and/or enhancements.
• Maintain software through product lifecycle including design, development, verification and bug fixes.
• Resolve all the bugs in a timely manner.
• Execute app verification protocol.
• Follow company policies and quality procedures to ensure quality product deliverables.
• If you have experience with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) based devices and related applications please highlight the same in your resume

Responsibilities and qualifications

• 5+ years of Android development experience
• Will own several parts of our tech stack, but primarily our Android app
• Build new functionality to the Android app and regularly re-architect it to keep up with latest technologies (e.g., Kotlin)
• Work on new tech that we are already a leading user of (e.g., Google Firebase)
• Work closely with the backend team to construct creative solutions
• Optimize, improve efficiency, scalability, stability of application
• MUST BE reliable, and be able to communicate clearly
• MUST BE able to own and deliver their own work within deadlines, professionally
• Should be passionate about building a strong engineering culture

Bonus Points for experience building high-scale applications, SDKs and other web technologies (like JavaScript).
