Star Apps is looking for a detail-oriented and technically-driven QA Engineer to join our product team in Baner, Pune. In this role, you will move beyond simple bug-finding to focus on the reliability and scalability of our SaaS platform.

The ideal candidate has a "product-first" mindset, having previously worked in SaaS or Product-based environments, and possesses a strong understanding of how data moves through complex systems.

What You’ll Do

• End-to-End Test Engineering: Develop and maintain robust automated test suites across the stack (UI and API) to ensure high-velocity, high-quality releases.
• Deep-Dive Diagnostics: You won’t just report bugs; you will read and interpret logs to perform deep Root Cause Analysis (RCA), helping developers identify exactly where a system is failing.
• Complex System Validation: Test highly interdependent workflows where a change in one module affects several others, ensuring stability across complex business logic.
• SaaS Integration: Partner with Engineering to bake automated tests directly into the CI/CD pipeline.
• Shift-Left Collaboration: Participate in design reviews to provide "testability" feedback before a single line of code is written.

What We’re Looking For

• The "Product" Lens: 1–4 years of experience in a fast-paced SaaS or Product company. You prioritize the user’s journey over just "passing" scripts.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
