Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Lead Engineer for the platform team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building common services that shall be used by other product engineering teams. The candidate will be involved in solving complex engineering problems and building solutions around efficient event-driven communication. you will

play a crucial part in architecting, developing, and maintaining the backend infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Architecture-Design the architecture and make sure it is cost-efficient and aligned to the overall architectural vision
• Implementation-Implementing major/complex parts of the product
• Ownership-Take ownership of the delivery timeline and coordinate the complete development of products
• Releases-Take ownership of the product releases, pre-plan and scale the infrastructure accordingly.
• Leadership-Communicate clear goals, provide constructive feedback, manage, coach, and support the engineering team
• Quality-Maintain high standards of code quality through regular design and code reviews

Requirements:

• Experience with scaling the services to atleast 200k+MAUs
• A thorough understanding of event-driven architecture is a must
• Extensive hands-on experience with NodeJS & Typescript is required
• Proficiency in Message Queues(Kafka/Google PubSub or any other)is required
• Experience in writing common library code is a plus
• Experience with GCPCloud Tasks, and Cloud functions is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or related field of study
• 5+ years of engineering experience.
• Strong people, communication, and problem-solving skills.

1. Developing content marketing strategies for blogs, websites and other platforms and implementing them. 
2. Collaborating with the SEO team and creating optimized content for the blogs and website. 
3. Use Google Trends, Google Search Console,Google Analytics, Google Data Studio and other tools for content creation and marketing. 
4. Drive traffic to company pages through various search engine marketing strategies. 
5. Creating, reviewing and publishing engaging content for blog, website, social media, ad campaigns and other marketing requirements. 
6. Actively promoting our blog and pitching articles to relevant platforms (guest blogging) to increase website traffic. 
7. Constantly analyzing the content KPIs and updating the content accordingly. 
8. Develop and manage projects and team members, including delegating tasks, reviewing team member work, adhering closely to deadlines and to budget, developing and revising ideas, and implementing projects.

The ideal candidate must have: 

1. 3+ years of total experience in content writing, content management and  .
2. 2+ years of experience in leading a team.
3. Knowledge of SEO best practices and web traffic metrics. 
4. Knowledge of various content marketing tools, 
5. Great time management skills, organizational skills, and team spirit. 
6. Excellent writing skills in English.

Skills:

What You'll Do:

• Understand the upcoming development requirement of product in depth.
• Design product architecture as per vision, insights and concurred direction.
• Design and develop the APIs using Java, Spring, and Hibernate required for the product and expose them to be used by the front-end developers.
• Design the database and tables in MySQL/PostGreSQL/NoSQL (whichever is suitable for the need of the product) and guide the team to utilize them in the best possible way.
• Get involved in continuous maintenance of the product and get the bugs fixed in time.
• Coordinate the workflow between the UX Designers and front-end developers.
• Work on integrating flows with external tools - Segment, Branch, Clevertap.

Ideal Profile:

• Proficiency in Core Java & Spring framework.
• Expertise in Web Service technologies.

• Experience in building REST APIs using Java/Spring.
• Excellent knowledge in Databases and code integrations such as Postgres SQL, SQL Server, MySQL.
• Experience in full life cycle development of a product (specifically mobile products) is a plus.

• Experience with security principles and frameworks.
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token and OAuth2 - Familiarity with code versioning tools (primarily Git).

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment to create top-performing interfaces
