What we Require

• To convert our existing web application into a micro front-end architecture. The ideal candidate should have experience in AngularJS, ReactJS, MobX, and SCSS. Exposure to socket integration, mqtt integration would be a plus.
• Identify our existing web application’s different components and modules. Separate them into independent micro front-ends.
• Develop and maintain micro front-ends using AngularJS, ReactJS, MobX and SCSS
• Implement and configure Module Federation in Webpack 5 to share components between micro front-ends.
• Optimize micro front-ends for maximum speed and scalability.

• 3+ years of RELEVANT EXPERIENCE in ReactJS
• Strong Computer Science fundamentals - data structures and algorithms
• Strong understanding of the the ReactJS Ecosystem (State management, Component-based design, Hooks, Responsive design)
• Good with CSS (converting UI designs to code)
• Writing clean and maintainable code
• Proficient understanding of APIs and wiring them   
• Strong testing, debugging, and problem-solving skills
• Familiar with modern development practices - writing clean code, git versioning, understanding development workflows.

Key Result Areas: 

• Build world class Webapps for the Ola Electric ecosystem.
• Work on a full product development lifecycle from requirement gathering, product design, development, to roll out and maintenance
• Effectively collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders including product and design
• Own the delivery of multiple features of the product end to end 
• Advocate best development practices such as continuous integration/continuous delivery, automation (testing and infrastructure) and code modularity, extensibility, quality
• Experience in building Websites from Scratch is a big plus

Key Skills Required: 

• Min 3+ Years in Web Application Development
• Write clean, solid and testable code while keeping the user experience fast and reliable
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JS, JQuery, Reach, Redux 
• Proficient in Web Interface designing
• Experience in developing reusable UI components
• Deep functional knowledge or hands on design experience with Web Services 
• Strong grasp of security principles and how they apply to E-Commerce websites.

Skills and Experience

1. Minimum 5 years of javascript development experience
2. In-depth understanding of javascript and reactjs

6. Experience and understanding of any backend framework would be a plus
7. Experience with version control and project management tools
8. Excellent oral and written communication (english + 1 local language)
9. Analytical and problem-solving skills
10. Familiarity with any cloud service provider - aws/digital ocean/azure

TECHNICAL SKILLSET
