Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize campaigns across Facebook Ads Manager and Google Search, Display, and Video Ads.
• Plan, develop, and execute high-performing paid advertising campaigns.
• Handle large campaign budgets for brands generating up to $2 million in annual revenue.
• Utilize analytics to develop actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Conduct marketing research and apply consumer psychology principles to campaigns.

Strong proficiency in at least one major cloud platform - Azure, GCP(Primary) or AWS. Azure + GCP (Secondary) preferred.  Having proficiency in all 3 is a significant plus.

· Design, develop, and maintain cloud-based applications and infrastructure across various cloud platforms.

· Select and configure appropriate cloud services based on specific project requirements and constraints. 

· Implement infrastructure automation with tools like Terraform and Ansible. 

· Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using various programming languages. (Python (Required), Knowledge of Java, C#, JavaScript is a plus). 

· Implement RESTful APIs and microservices architectures. 

· Utilize DevOps practices for continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD). 

· Design, configure, and manage scalable and secure cloud infrastructure for MLOps. 

· Monitor and optimize cloud resources for performance and cost efficiency. 

· Implement security best practices throughout the development lifecycle. 

· Collaborate with developers, operations, and security teams to ensure seamless integration and successful deployments. 

· Stay up-to-date on the latest cloud technologies, MLOps tools and trends

1. Build awareness and ensure to use Cattle Feed & Feed Supplements with Farmers.

2. Evaluate Cattle Feed & Feed Supplements potential in the allocated Units Territory.

3. 4 P Analysis (Product, Price, Place & Promotion).

4. Check Cattle Feed, Feed Supplements & Veterinary Medicines sales under the allocated Units Territory

5. Milk Procurement Vs Feed & Feed Supplements ratio variation.

6. Seasonal Variation of Sales Analysis & factors effecting purchase decision of Farmers

& Agents.

7. Marketing Strategy & How to Increase the Market Share of HNL in CF, FS & VM

Sales.

8. Engaging of potential distributor’s - district wise, dealers – Mandal / Taluk wise, sub dealers / Retailers area wise and achieving the budgeted targets.

9. Any other Job assigned by the Management.
