We’re looking for a Google Ads Specialist who can take charge of our paid campaigns and deliver high-quality leads. Key Responsibilities • Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Remarketing. • Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. • Write compelling ad copies, select appropriate creatives, and optimize landing pages for higher Quality Scores. • Monitor campaign performance daily, ensuring alignment with ROI, CPL, and lead generation goals. • Set up conversion tracking and analyze campaign data using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other tools. • Continuously test ads, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to maximize performance. • Collaborate with the SEO, content, and design teams to improve ad relevance and conversion rates. • Provide regular reports on campaign performance with actionable insights. Required Skills & Qualifications • Proven experience (2–4 years) in managing Google Ads campaigns for lead generation. • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Keyword Planner, Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio. • Hands-on experience with Search, Display, Remarketing, and YouTube Ads. • Understanding of B2B lead generation funnels and data-driven marketing. • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly. • Google Ads Certification is a plus. • Strong communication and copywriting skills.
