We are looking for a talented Platform Engineer with a strong background in Python programming and AWS services to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• A total of 2-4 years of professional experience in developing applications/platforms using Python programming
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, SOLID principles and RDBMS.
• Demonstrated experience in utilizing AWS services, including Lambda, RDS, and DynamoDB.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, infrastructure, and architectural best practices.
• Experience in using source control systems, such as Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex systems.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• A constant hunger for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest industry advancements.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Nice to have:

• AWS Certified Developer – Associate or other relevant AWS certifications.
• Experience with the AWS Boto3 SDK for Python.
• Experience with other cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, etc.).
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of sophisticated, high availability, and secured

server-side applications with a primary focus on Golang.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, architect

solutions, and deliver high-quality software products.

● Mentor and guide junior engineers, sharing your engineering expertise and best

practices to foster skill development within the team.

● Analyze and optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of existing Golang

applications, making strategic improvements where necessary.

● Design and implement automated unit and integration tests to ensure code quality,

maintainability, and stability.

● Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in software technologies,

recommending their adoption when appropriate.

● Champion code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical documentation to

maintain high development standards.

● Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, providing innovative solutions to overcome

challenges.

● Contribute to the recruitment and hiring process by participating in interviews,

evaluating candidates, and providing input on hiring decisions.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, or a related field.

● 3+ years of experience in software development, with substantial experience in

Golang and cloud infrastructure.

● Expert-level proficiency in designing and developing high-performance, concurrent

applications with Golang.

● Experience with distributed systems, microservices architecture, and containerization

(e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

● Solid knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools, including unit testing

and integration testing for Golang applications.

● Demonstrated ability to lead projects, collaborate effectively with teams, and mentor

junior engineers.

● Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to tackle complex

technical challenges.

● Having prior experience in the FinTech domain would be an added advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Ability to work on diverse backend stack such as Node JS, Java, Express JS
2. Ability to work on diverse frontend stack such as React JS, Angular 6/7/8/9, HTML5, CSS3
3. Ability to deliver quick POC’s using cutting edge technologies.
4. Preparing reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software.
5. Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards
6. Developing, refining, and tuning integrations between applications. Analysing and resolving technical and application problems.
7. Ability to debug application.
8. Should have complete knowledge on developing RESTful Services.
9. Should be able to also work in agile development methodology.

Competency Requirements

1. Experience in NodeJS, Java and development using AngularJS / ReactJS
2. Experience in front end frameworks such as Angular.js, React.js, Bootstrap, Foundation etc
3. Experience in client/server application development
4. Knowledge of agile development methodologies
5. Knowledge of unit testing theory
6. Knowledge of AWS cloud
7. Experience in Java, Python and Go will be added advantage

Software Developer:

• Strong experience on Java and Python
• Experience on Kafka, Kubernetes, and React
• Must have experience on any one database
• Location :Bangalore and Hyderabad
• Experience : 5-10 Years

Responsibilities

• Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications

Requirements and skills

• 1-3 Years of Proven experience as a Backend Developer
• Tech Stack:

• NodeJS
• Typescript(optional)

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Full Stack developer (.Net): (experience 3 to 6 years) 

• Experience in designing multithreaded/concurrent/distributed systems.
• Experience in .Net framework and C# programming is required (3+ years).
• Experience in working on scalable non-blocking server side frameworks like Spring stack(2+ years)
• Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases, Message brokers. ex: Postgres/MySQL, MongoDB/DynamoDB/Redis/Neo4j, Kafka (2 +years)
• Experience in Front end language and frameworks. JavaScript, must be an expert in one of the front end frameworks (ex: React) (2+)
• Understand cloud technologies and should have deployed applications or products in popular cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, MS Azure, etc (2+ years).

Optional:

• Experience with BigData is a big plus
• Knowledge of functional programming principles is a plus.
