Role Overview

We’re looking for 3 Senior Resources to join our On-Call Support Team, ensuring platform stability and rapid issue resolution across backend, frontend, and infrastructure.

What You’ll Do

Provide on-call support for production systems

Troubleshoot and resolve high-priority issues

Collaborate with senior engineers to maintain system reliability

Work across backend, frontend, and infrastructure layers

Ensure uptime, performance, and scalability of applications

What We’re Looking For

Strong experience with modern JavaScript frameworks

Hands-on knowledge of cloud + on-prem environments

Solid understanding of containerized deployments

Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills

Comfortable working in on-call support rotations

Key Responsibilities: 

• Perform keyword research and competitive analysis to guide content strategy 
• Optimize website pages for search engines (on-page SEO) 
• Monitor and improve technical SEO elements like crawlability, site speed, and indexing 
• Build and manage backlinks to improve domain authority (off-page SEO) 
• Track SEO metrics such as rankings, organic traffic, and conversions using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console 
• Conduct regular SEO audits and provide recommendations for improvement 
• Collaborate with content writers, developers, and marketing team to implement SEO best practices 
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and algorithm updates from search engines 

Requirements: 

• Minimum 2 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing 
• Strong knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog) 
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Tag Manager 
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and website architecture basics 
• Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress preferred) 
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

▪ Expertise in API testing and experience in working with API based applications

● Expertise and experience in designing Automation Frameworks from scratch

● Strong in Web Services Automation

● Technical expertise in building effective testing frameworks that are highly scalable and reusable. (Karatelabs.io)

SAP HYBRIS

Skill Set:

• SAP Hybris platform with 3 -10  years of IT experience and  min of 4 years of experience in leading SAP Hybris based projects.
• Hands on experience in understanding complex eCommerce challenges / problems and provide innovative solutions & design to solve them.
• Mentors team members and should be able to pass on solutions / design to junior team members while fascinating them in delivering complex deliverables
• Excellent knowledge and experience in building scalable, flexible, robust and efficient ecommerce applications using SAP Hybris ecommerce  platform
• Architecture, design & develop full stack modules and components for eCommerce applications.
• Good working knowledge on integrations such as Data Hub, payment, SAP, web services, y2y sync etc
• Migration experience is desirable
• Deliver code on time and quality expectations
• Experience on code review and unit testing
• Certification in SAP Hybris is a plus
• Knowledge of any additional technologies such as Groovy,  SAP ECC ERP application integrations
