Technical lead

1. Develop and maintain custom modules, workflows, and scripts within the LOANIQ platform.
2. Build Java-based interfaces and services to integrate LOANIQ with other banking applications (core banking, risk systems, reporting, etc.).
3. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and design documents.
4. Enhance existing LOANIQ functionality to meet evolving regulatory and business requirements.
5. Perform code reviews, unit testing, and ensure CI/CD compliance for releases.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including BA, QA, Infrastructure, and Support to deliver projects on time.
7. Support production environments, investigate issues, and provide long-term solutions.
8. Act as a technical SME on LOANIQ-related queries and mentor junior developers when needed.

EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• 14+ years of experience in Software Engineering with at least 6+ years as a Lead Enterprise Architect preferably in a software product company
• High technical credibility - ability to lead technical brainstorming, take decisions and push for the best solution to a problem
• Experience in architecting Microservices based E2E Enterprise Applications
• Experience in UI technologies such as Angular, Node.js or Fullstack technology is desirable
• Experience with NoSQL technologies (MongoDB, Neo4j etc.)
• Elastic Search, Kibana, ELK, Logstash.
• Good understanding of Kafka, Redis, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, Solr etc.
• Exposure in SaaS cloud-based platform.
• Experience on Docker, Kubernetes etc.
• Experience in planning, designing, developing and delivering Enterprise Software using Agile Methodology
• Key Programming Skills: Java, J2EE with cutting edge technologies
• Hands-on technical leadership with proven ability to recruit and mentor high performance talents including Architects, Technical Leads, Developers

Job Background

We are looking for a Web Developer to join an award-winning, talented team, building the
next-generation automated drone applications for our global customers

As a front-end developer, you will implement a complete user interface in the form of a
web app. A thorough understanding of all of the components of the company’s platform and
infrastructure is required. You will need to take ownership of your projects, which involves
detailing requirements after discussion with the Product Owner, building user interfaces,
developing and maintaining web apps with a focus on user experience

Responsibilities
● Work as part of a team developing applications and services using Agile
development methods
● Contribute to team and organizational improvements in process and infrastructure
● Effectively use tools and ingenuity to identify and fix defects before they become a
problem
● Creating self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components
● Learn about the domain and competitors to propose new drone apps as well as
improvement for existing apps

Skills/Experience
● 3+ yr experience as an Angular 2+ or React or Ionic Developer.
● Strong expertise with NodeJS, HTML5, CSS, JSON, jQuery, Bootstrap and writing
cross-browser compatible code.
● Knowledge of NodeJS frameworks such as ExpressJS etc.
● Knowledge of Creating RESTful services with Node.js and Experience with Socket.io
● Good understanding of HTML Dom manipulation Technique                                                    ●Experience in tested & documented TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
● User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and
environments
● Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
● Proficiency working with source control (git) / versioning systems, continuous
integration in an agile development setup

Good to Have
● Understanding of how to deploy Mean stack applications in AWS/Azure deployment
environment, considering security, reliability etc.
● Knowledge of other python-based server-side frameworks such as Flask or Django
