Job Opening: Life Insurance Sales Manager

📍 Location: Telangana & Andhra Pradesh

💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 + 10% incentives

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree

* 2–5 years’ experience in Life Insurance Sales / Channel Partner Management

* Strong knowledge of insurance products & regulations

Responsibilities:

* Recruit, train & manage 5–10 advisors per month

* Drive sales through channel partners & meet targets

* Ensure compliance & advisor performance

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, outbound campaigns, and direct meetings.

- Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning.

- Engage potential clients through calls, emails, presentations, and meetings to pitch company offerings effectively.

- Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions that align with their needs.

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, presentations, and follow-up communications.

- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation, qualification, proposal, negotiation, to closing the deal.

- Maintain a detailed and updated database of leads, prospects, and sales activities using CRM tools.

- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, and service delivery) to ensure a smooth client onboarding and satisfaction process.

- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to management.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

2. 1+ years of experience in business development or end-to-end sales roles.

3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

5. Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently.

6. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales performance metrics.

Content Developer 

- Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term organizational goals

- Create, manage, and deliver engaging training across multiple mediums and multiple learning styles including: face to face, mobile, on-line, video and via other broad reach vehicles

- Create and ensure the content team uses standardized instructional design and style

- Stay up-to-date with technology and e-learning developments and generate new ideas to draw targeted customers attention

- Produce Courses on time and on budget and align those programs with an overall learning outcomes strategy

- Work with SMEs to Identify customer needs and pain points

- Offer training solutions by conducting needs assessment and design appropriate programs to train or retrain personnel

- Utilize authoring tools in E-Learning Technology to build E-Learning courses

Expectations / Deliverables:

● Build enduring relationships with NGOs, community based organizations, corporates, employment agencies, skilling organisations, digital platforms and government including PMC for enabling collective action at the city level.

● GOYN brand-building and enrolment of various stakeholders as partners

● Ensure creation of a dynamic working relationship with partners to ensure smooth enrolment of youth into various livelihood/non-livelihood institutions

● Ensure timely updates from partners regarding youth livelihood status to help maintain the youth journey database and enable feedback mechanisms

● Coordinate with organizations to conduct livelihood sessions for youth in the community settings

● Experience in reaching consensus and drafting MoU's

● Be up to date with any developments in the ecosystem and forge new partnerships with youth facing organizations

● Collate, develop and distribute engaging content aligned with the digital platform from partner organisations

● Collaborate with design teams to plan and develop site content, style and layout

● Use content management systems to analyze platform traffic and user engagement metrics

● Manage content distribution to other channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic.

● Ensure legal compliance (copyright and data protection) and secrecy of OY data

● Stay up to date with developments and generate new ideas to draw the audience’s attention.

Preferred Skill sets, Years of Experience, Professional Background:

● Post Graduation in any background, with 1-3 years of experience in the field of Content writing and partnership building

● Strong commitment towards building relationships with organizations in the ecosystem

● Hands-on experience with MS Office and WordPress

● Basic technical knowledge of HTML and video editing etc.

● Knowledge of SEO

● Competent in managing social media

● Excellent writing skills in English, Hindi and Marathi

● Attention to detail

● Good organizational and time-management skills

● Open to travel.

• Expertise with NodeJS (extensively using ExpressJS), AngularJS and MySQL
• Rich user interface development experience with HTML5, JQuery, w3css/bootstrap etc and JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS and Angular 
• Expertise in building real-time web applications using MQTT, Websocket, Socket.IO, and EventSource frameworks
• Comfortable with developing MVC architecture-based code
• Comfortable in using at least one of the Graph/Chart libraries
• Ability with report generation from HTML contents
