GCP Delivery Lead

Mandatory (Experience): Must have 6+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering with atleast 3+ years in a product-based or high-scaling startup environment

Mandatory (Scale & Ownership): Must have managed infrastructure at high scale or in fast-moving startup environments with full end-to-end ownership of one or more products

Mandatory (AWS & Cloud): Must have strong hands-on AWS experience as the primary cloud platform with exposure to multi-cloud environments

Mandatory (Kubernetes): Must have deep working knowledge of Kubernetes covering cluster management, deployments, and Helm charts for microservices

Mandatory (IaC): Must have strong hands-on Terraform experience as the primary IaC tool with additional exposure to CloudFormation

Mandatory (CI/CD): Must have experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or equivalent tools

Mandatory (Monitoring & Observability): Must have working experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or comparable monitoring and logging tooling

Mandatory (Networking & Security): Must have solid understanding of cloud networking fundamentals and cloud security best practices covering IAM, secrets management, and access controls

Mandatory (Scripting): Must be proficient in Bash and/or Python for automation, tooling, and infrastructure management

Mandatory (Production & Incident Management): Must have direct experience owning production environments including live troubleshooting, incident response, and minimal-downtime resolution

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead with a strong development background and leadership skills to drive technical solutions and manage a dynamic development team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in WordPress, Laravel, Shopify, Node.js, and Server management, along with excellent communication and team leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership & Development:

• Lead the development team, providing technical direction, guidance, and mentorship.
• Architect and implement scalable, high-performance, and secure web applications.
• Provide hands-on expertise in WordPress, Laravel, Shopify, and Node.js.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a development team.
• Expertise in WordPress, Laravel, Shopify, and Node.js.
• Strong experience in server management (Linux, cloud hosting, deployment).
• Hands-on experience with APIs, third-party integrations, and database management.
• Ability to design and implement technical solutions aligned with business objectives.

Required Skills:

● Expert in Python, with knowledge of at least Django (More web frameworks are a plus)

● Familiarity with some ORM (Object Relational Mapper) libraries

● Able to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system

● Understanding of the threading limitations of Python, and multi-process architecture

● Good understanding of server-side templating languages (such as Jinja 2, Mako, etc depending on your technology stack)
