Job Overview:

The Influencer Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in developing and executing our influencer marketing strategy. You will be responsible for identifying, building relationships with, and managing influencers to promote our brand and products.

Job Description:

● Influencer & Meme Page Identification: Research and identify influencers who align with our

brand values and target audience.

● Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with influencers through effective communication and collaboration.

Job Title: Java Engineering Manager/Lead

Experience range:- 10 + Years

Location:- Pune / Mumbai

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Core Java, Spring Boot.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and multithreading.
• Solid understanding of RDBMS (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub Actions.
• Background in Fintech, particularly Digital Lending, Supply Chain Finance, or Banking products.
• Experience working in agile/scrum environments.
• At least 3 years of experience leading/managing a team of Java developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, ensuring technical excellence and timely delivery.
• Actively participate in coding, code reviews, architecture decisions, and system design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, QA, and DevOps.
• Maintain a strong hands-on presence in backend Java development and microservices architecture.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of features from requirement to deployment and post-release support

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support through phone, email, or remote sessions
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Linux systems
• Perform proactive problem management and root cause analysis

• Lead or participate in customer and internal projects, including Change Management, Incident Management, and Disaster Recovery planning

Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent)

Responsibilities:

• Works on all stages of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Develops, codes, tests, and debugs software and applications using Java.
• Designs features and makes improvements based on user experience data.
• Completes unit testing to identify and fix programming errors.
• Uses common testing and software documentation tools.
• Writes software documentation guides.
• Collaborates with other members of the software development team.

The Role

We are looking for full-stack developers with experience in building user interface components for serverless applications using React. 

The role involves working with the product management team, understand the business requirements, and take full responsibility of design, development, test and release of the applications. 

Requirements:

• Passion for building and delivering great software with a strong sense of ownership. 
• 2+ years of experience in building web applications using React with strong CSS skills.
• Independently develop new user-facing features from designs and wireframes
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use

Good to have:

• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
• Knowledge of AWS platform and scalable application architecture
• Experience with Build and Release, Agile processes and Estimation/Planning
• Knowledge of CSS pre-processors like SCSS and LESS
