Requirements

• Strong experience in Node.js for building scalable backend services
• Hands-on experience with API development & request handling (REST)
• Ability to handle high-concurrency systems and parallel client requests
• Experience designing multi-tenant systems with client isolation
• Knowledge of batching and bulk processing logic
• Experience handling CDC (Change Data Capture) events and event-driven workflows
• Strong understanding of asynchronous programming, retries, idempotency, and fault tolerance
• Good understanding of database consistency, locking, and transactions
• Experience with distributed systems
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Knowledge of observability, logging, and monitoring

Who You Are:

• Proficient in full-stack technologies, including React.js, Node.js, Python/Django, and similar frameworks.
• Tech leader who thrives in startup environments and is fully hands-on in coding and working under minimal supervision.

• 8+ years of proven experience in the technology product space, including building and scaling applications.
• Strong knowledge of Cloud platforms, Azure Cloud architecture, and automation tools.

As a Product Developer at Troopr, you'll be at the forefront of building world class AI products with a particular focus on conversational chatbot solutions.

Typical day in the job:

* Develop, test, and deploy clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

* Create interactive and user-friendly web interfaces using React

* Implement server-side logic, RESTful APIs and database interactions

* Design, maintain, and optimize MongoDB databases

* Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality

* Troubleshoot production issues and implement fixes for them

* Optimize code for performance and scalability

* Stay current on relevant industry trends, technologies and best practices

* Collaborate across teams in an agile environment

* Mentor junior developers as needed

Typical profile of person who can do this job well:

* 3 to 5 years of professional software development experience, with a focus on the MERN stack.

* You have excellent analytical and critical thinking skills

* You have exceptionally strong understanding of Javascript fundamentals

Responsibilities:

• Expertise in back-end programming language JavaScript , TypeScript , NodeJs
• Writing HTML , CSS , and JavaScript
• Working with RDBMS such as Postgres or MySQL
• Experience implementing testing platforms and unit tests Proficiency with Git Appreciation for clean and well-documented code
