Roles and Responsibilities:

• In conjunction with relevant stakeholders, develop and maintain the company's websites across all brands.
• Ensure all websites are engaging, responsive, continually optimized, secure, up-to-date and consumer relevant.
• Work with the product management, content creation, Design and Social Media teams to ensure alignment.
• Analyze market, consumer and competitive trends and apply as appropriate.
• Manage, monitor, and present relevant analytics, data, trends, successes, exceptions, feedback, threats and changes regarding the company's web presence and action as appropriate.
• Manage and monitor all website hosting.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar.
• Strong knowledge of HTML/5, CSS, SCSS and JavaScript.
• Experience in Shopify Liquid + jQuery, Shopify Theme Customization
• Strong experience in WordPress Plugins, custom themes, custom fields, customization, short code, CSS, MySQL, PHP, Bootstrap, Shopify.
• Strong experience in Shopify App, Theme Integration, Shopify Flow, Creating custom theme sections.
• Experience building static, dynamic, semantic, and accessible websites.
• Proficient in Git and experience in eCommerce and B2B website development.
• Experience using design tools, such as Sketch, Photoshop or Illustrator, and prototyping tools.
• Strong knowledge of developing for Content Management Systems (Example: WordPress, etc.).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, e.g., Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Node.js and server knowledge are a plus.
• The ability to navigate in both Mac and PC environments.
• A proven track record in a similar role (minimum 2 years)
• 2+ years of proven experience with a portfolio of published websites.
• Strong analytical skills for data analysis.
• Strong technical focus, project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.

Position: SR. WEB APPLICATION DEVELOPER 

Job Responsibilities:

• Should maintain Apache web server (LAMP & WHM/CPanel).
• Create and Maintain PHP, Laravel Based web application / HTML, CSS & JS wireframes / mockups, websites , web assets , Landing pages.
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness on web sites and web applications.
• Create and Maintain WordPress Websites, Plug-Ins and Themes using the latest development and deployment methodologies.
• Create and Maintain high-performance websites with SEO and SEM integrations and managing all technical aspects of the CMS.
• On time delivery - Ensuring the project is delivered on time through continual improvement.
• Quality Benchmark - Ensure that the project is delivered with best quality and with minimal bugs.
• Ensuring effective and timely communication with the project stakeholders and team members.
• Process Compliance / Adherence to style standards on fonts, colors, images, design guidelines, best practices and standards.

Job Requirements:

• Strong understanding of Apache Server with LAMP & WHM/CPanel.
• Strong understanding of php & Laravel based app development life-cycle and best practices and CMS management.
• At least 5+ years of experience working in Laravel, WordPress / HTML 5 / CSS3 / JavaScript / PHP and NodeJS technologies
• Must have experience in building and managing websites for large consulting firms or large publishing house or large content marketing company
• Strong experience in building rapid prototypes and wireframes using HTML 5 / CSS 3 / JavaScript
• Must have experience in developing responsive , multi platform , cross browser / multi resolution user interfaces and design
• Must have Basic knowledge in SEO / SEM
• Must have experience in building new themes and plugins on WordPress CMS and integration with external systems using RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML)
• Proficiency in ReactJS with Redux or Angular will be an added advantage
• Ability to work with business leaders / multiple teams.
• Ability to recommend intuitive user journeys / interfaces and proactively evolve product design

Novolytics is a novel Analytics Company which is trying to solve the problems of manufactures and machine asset owners. Predictive maintenance is going to be a huge part of Factory 2.0, which will allow manufacturers to keep machine downtime to minimum, boosting productivity and reducing losses due to down time. 

Novolytics is building a platform which would collect signal data, analyze and predict which machines need maintenance or are showing signs of wear. Currently our platform is being piloted for one of India's largest car manufacturers, to solve for vehicle maintenance and servicing based on car sounds.

Responsibilities:

• Work with development teams and stakeholders to create Full stack web applications
• Design client-side and server-side architecture for scale
• Design and manage the data models on various storage systems including databases, data warehouse and cloud object storage systems 
• Troubleshoot, debug and manage the applications using logging and dashboarding tools.
• Create security and data protection standards to ensure data security and integrity
• Work with the management and data to improve software

Qualifications:

• BE/BTech in Computer Science with at least 2 years of experience.
• Experience with Javascript stack, NodeJS (with Express JS) for backend and ReactJS for frontend
• Understanding and ability to create Restful APIs
• Experience with Database development (MySQL, Postgres, etc) including schema design and query optimization. 
• Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, jQuery)
• Experience of mobile app development on Flutter is a plus 
• Knowledge of data structures & algorithms and should know when to use them.
• Familiarity with Web Servers (e.g. Apache) and networking among servers.   
• Experience with AWS or other cloud environments is an advantage.
