📝 Job Description: Full Stack Java Developer (4.5+ Years)

📌 Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Full Stack Java Developer with 4+ years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications, working across both backend and frontend technologies.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java-based backend services using Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, and RESTful APIs.
• Build responsive and interactive frontend applications using React.
• Experience with AI tools 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Optimize application performance and ensure scalability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito).
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and debugging across the stack.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Java development and full stack application design.
• Strong knowledge of Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with frontend frameworks (React/Angular/Vue.js).
• Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Exposure to cloud-native applications (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Develop, record and maintain cutting edge web-based J2EE, JAVA applications.

Experience on Java Spring Framework is required.

Experience on Hibernate is required.

Experience on REST Services is required.

Object-oriented programming, design, and patterns.

Strong proficiency with:Relational database concepts and data modeling.

Good communication skills to interact with customer, understand their requirement, effectively record the requirement and implement the same. 

Clearly understand the requirement, handle a team of developers.

Design and enhance application architecture.

Looking for a full stack software developer

• At least 4 years of experience in software engineering.

• Experience in troubleshooting, debugging applications and proactive participation in testing and bug fixes.

• Ability to build scalable applications working on a continuous delivery environment, writing production ready code.

• Knowledge of backend technologies like Java(Preferred), Spring Boot , Microservices, JSON, Python(Good to have).

• Knowledge of frontend technologies like React, Angular.

• Knowledge of database technologies like Postgres(Preferred), Mysql, PostGres, Sql server.

• No sql Database knowledge, Elastic search(Good to have).

• Knowledge on CI/CD tools like Jenkins.

• Knowledge on Event streaming tools like Kafka platform.

• Knowledge of Source Code Management systems Git, github.

Job Requirements

• Experience in ReactJS and its main fundamentals like JSX, Virtual DOM, component lifecycle, etc.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, object model, DOM manipulation and event handlers, data structures, algorithms, JSX, and Babel.
• Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software.
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, ES6.
• Knowledge of Unit testing frameworks..

Requirements

• 2+ years of software development experience

• Essential skills: PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX

• Code Ignitor and Laravel development experience a big plus

• Advanced knowledge of SQL is important

• Should be able to analyze requirements and design robust system

• Good oral and written communication skills

• Ability to work in a team-oriented and collaborative environment

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
