About Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound sales and generate qualified opportunities across international markets. This role focuses primarily on outbound prospecting and lead generation.

The ideal candidate has strong prospecting skills, experience engaging global decision-makers, and is comfortable using AI tools to improve research, outreach personalization, and lead qualification.

You will primarily engage Founders, CTOs, and Product Leaders at startups and technology companies who are building or scaling digital products.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients across international markets.
• Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn and sales intelligence tools.
• Engage decision-makers such as Founders, CTOs, and Product Leaders through outbound outreach.
• Use AI tools to support prospect research and personalize outreach messages.
• Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities in the CRM system.
• Monitor industry signals such as funding announcements, product launches, and hiring trends to identify potential opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in SDR, BDR, or outbound sales roles.
• Experience prospecting and engaging international clients.
• Experience in technology services, SaaS, or software development sales.
• Strong written communication and outreach skills.
• Familiarity with tools such as:
• LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Apollo / Clay / ZoomInfo
• CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM)
• AI tools such as ChatGPT for prospect research and outreach

Preferred Skills

• Experience engaging startup founders, product teams, and technology leaders.

Job Title: Field Marketing Executive (Only Female)

Industry: Jewellery Retail

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote jewellery store offers, schemes.
• Visit residential areas, markets, societies, and commercial zones for promotions
• Generate leads and encourage walk-ins to the jewellery showroom
• Coordinate with store staff for campaign planning and execution
• Collect customer feedback and market information
• Maintain daily activity and lead reports
• Support festive and promotional events and Door to door marketing and explain jewellery showroom work and details

Desired Skills

3. Designing, building, testing, automating, monitoring, and supporting significant components within a modern digital service platform.
4. Helping to build and lead an effective, cross-functional squad practicing agile ways of working (Scrum, DevOps, Design Sprints) in tight collaboration with local and remote teams
5. Microservices and server less architecture with service fabric, functions and API apps, service bus.
6. Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code and GIT, Azure CLI (Cloud Shell), Azure DevOps.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years' experience as a software developer.
• Highly experienced with backend programming languages - NodeJs or Java etc, Highly experienced with front-end programming languages - HTML, CSS JavaScript, etc Proficient experience using - advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks.
• Familiarity with Git.
• Experience consuming API endpoints.
• Good to have - Kafka/queuing system
• Should be well-versed in using multiple Databases - SQL/NO SQL.
• Should have experience using in- memory Data Bases-Redis.
• Experience with Unit-Testing.
• Experience building web applications with responsive design.
• Experience with Node.js and/or other server-side JavaScript technologies and tools.
• Strong knowledge of design principles, user interfaces, web standards and usability.
• ES6 React JS/JSX, Redux, Web pack, Immutable.js .

Fullstack Developer/Architect/Programmer:

1. 8-10 years experience as Developer/Programmer.
2. Should have an expertise in Core Java, Java & J2ee
3. Built MVC based Web Application Using JSP/Struts framework
4. Experience in Webservices-Restful
5. Experience in Application Servers like Tomcat and WebLogic
6. Good Knowledge of implementing JMS messaging services
