Chief Software Architect

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Initiating conversations with prospects through cold calling, emailing, and other sources.
• Have business conversations with potential customers to identify pain areas and challenges that will help in qualifying the opportunity.
• Presenting company offerings and taking the prospects through the lead generation cycle to convert them into potential opportunities.
• Moving leads through the funnel to set up meetings.
• Should be able to handle the initial customer call to identify and qualify the opportunity.
• Profiling and qualifying companies based on industries, geography, revenue, employee strength, and vertical.
• Extensively knowledgeable in secondary research on companies and decision-makers using different market research tools like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, etc.
• Proficient in the use of CRM to track daily sales activities.
• Should have strong research capabilities and a good understanding of the North American market, industries, and IT Services.
• Identifying Decision-makers, and influencers in department-wise and collecting required information like email id, contact number, domain, responsibilities, etc.

Skillsets Required:

• Strong communication skills – verbal and written for telephonic and email exchanges.
• Strong desire and a go-getter attitude with a focus on reaching targets.
• Should have experience in IT Cold calling US/Canada Region minimum of 2 years.
• Great interpersonal Skills & should be a team player.
• Good proficiency in LinkedIn Navigator, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Responsibilities

• Mentoring Team of Juniors, Code Reviews, and System Design Understanding
• Design and develop APIs using NodeJs, TypeScript, and deployment using the CICD pipeline.
• Apply code reviews and development quality reviews to make sure best practices are implemented
• Expertise with MySQL including the design of schemas and development for these databases
• Understanding of System Architectures, Design Patterns, and SOLID Principles
• Knowledge of git-based workflows such as git-flow, Proficient with code editors & linting tools

Requirements

• 2+ years of development experience with NodeJS, and Javascript frameworks related to the web stack
• Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

Good to have

• Experience with AWS Microservices
• Experience with payment gateways
• Exposure to AWS Services, policies, and the DevOps pipeline is a plus.
• Expertise with React, Redux, Hooks, and its core principles

• Crafting the performance marketing strategy for the company and managing the overall online marketing calendar around the same
• Managing all online properties of the brand
• Measuring ROI and a set of other KPIs, based on in-depth analysis of standard digital metrics
• Liaising with multiple agencies, as well as internal offline and traditional marketing teams to devise and execute innovative marketing campaigns throughout the year
  
  

• 5+ years experience in Digital Marketing with experience in Digital Advertising, Website Management, Lead Generation, and/or Lifecycle Marketing
• Experience with problem-solving and analytical skills including conducting qualitative and quantitative research, analyzing data, data visualization, developing hypotheses, synthesizing insights & recommendations
• Experience with digital and web analytics and data tracking tools (e. g., Google Analytics, ) and SQL
• Website management and technology experience including CMS, HTML, CSS, and Javascript
• Experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
• Experience using various Facebook Interfaces: Ads Manager, Power Editor, Business Manager, Page Insights
• Experience with ad serving tools and DSPs (e. g., DoubleClick, Adobe Advertising Cloud)
• Experience working both strategically as well as in an executional capacity to build and deploy the campaign
• Experience presenting ideas to several stakeholders at once
• Experience collaborating and coordinating with internal and external cross-functional teams
• Experience with digital marketing and digital measurement latest trends and best practices

1. Develop and Deploy Software:
1. Architect and create an effective build and release process using industry best practices and tools
2. Create and manage build scripts to deploy software in a multi-cloud environment
3. Look for opportunities to automate as much of the deployment process as possible to provide for repeatability, auditability, scalability and build in process enforcement
2. Manage Release Schedule:
1. Act as a “gate keeper” for all releases into production
2. Work closely with business stakeholders, development managers and developers to prepare a release schedule
3. Help prioritize deployment requests for version upgrades, patches and hot-fixes
3. Continuous Delivery of Software:
1. Implement Continuous Integration (CI) practices to drive development teams to implement smaller changes and commit code to the version control repo frequently
2. Implement Continuous Development (CD) practices that automates deployment of the application to several environments – Dev, Test and Production
3. Implement Continuous Testing (functional and non-functional) to execute tests in the CI/CD pipeline
4. Manage Version Control:
1. Define and implement branching policies to efficiently manage source-code
2. Implement business rules as a part of source control standards
5. Resolve Software Issues:
1. Assist technical support and development teams to troubleshoot issues and identify areas that need improvement
2. Address deployment related issues
6. Maintain Release Documentation:
1. Maintain release notes (features available in stable versions and known issues) and other documents for both internal and external end users
