As a Lead Developer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technological landscape of our platform.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and maintenance of our React web application and Node.js backend services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement robust and scalable solutions.
• Architect and build efficient and reusable code for future use.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends, incorporating them into our development processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (6-8 years) as a React Web and Node.js Developer.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and its modern frameworks/libraries.
• Extensive knowledge of front-end and back-end technologies, with expertise in React and Node.js.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Solid understanding of the entire web development process, including design, development, and deployment.
• Leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to guide a team effectively.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Develop, record and maintain cutting edge web-based PHP applications on portal plus premium service platforms
• Build innovative, state-of-the-art applications and collaborate with the User Experience (UX) team
• Ensure HTML, CSS, and shared JavaScript is valid and consistent across applications
• Prepare and maintain all applications utilizing standard development tools
• Utilize backend data services and contribute to increase existing data services API
• Lead the entire web application development life cycle right from concept stage to delivery and post launch support
• Convey effectively with all task progress, evaluations, suggestions, schedules along with technical and process issues
• Document the development process, architecture, and standard components
• Coordinate with co-developers and keeps project manager well informed of the status of development effort and serves as liaison between development staff and project manager

What you need to have:

• 2 to 4 years experience in MERN stack
• Good problem-solving technique
• Knowledge of AWS ecosystem is a plus
• Experience in FinTech is a big plus

Job Role: FULL STACK DEVELOPER-AWS

Roles And Responsibilities:

• Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices.
• Work with agile teams as they perform feature level design, development, testing, performance analysis and document to ensure that software meets business needs
• Contribute to software architecture and design
• Develop the required technical pieces/ end-to-end solutions for multi layered applications on a variety of technology stacks
• Conduct code review to ensure code following the code best practices guidelines
• Support for deployment and maintenance applications
• Ability to lead a module development and take it to completion.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge of multiple front –end languages and libraries (e.g HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)
• Familiarity with databases (e.g MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g Apache) and UI/UX design and with common stacks
• Excellent communication, teamwork and organizational skills.
• Knowledge in OOP, design patterns, AWS containers, microservices, serverless implementation

EXPERIENCE:

8+ years of overall IT experience with .NET framework and Azure

. large/Enterprise Customer end to end Consulting Experience.

. Expert in C# development, .NET Core, React, Angular, PowerShell and Azure developments like Web jobs, REST based Web API.

• Experience in Azure and AWS Cloud
• Experience of working on Agile projects.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects end to end.
• Application Architectures including the use of cloud-based technology capabilities such as Teams, SPO, Azure, Application Life Cycle Management and Application Platform processes and technology.
• Troubleshoot and debugging technical issues in a variety of application environments.
• Oversee deliverables from partners, subcontractors, and resources .
• IP Reuse and IP creation
• Drive operational excellence and innovation, leveraging new ideas contributing to increasing Microsoft value to customers.
• Fluent in English, verbal, and written communications skills. 

Qualification

• Must have a degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent work experience. Higher relevant education preferred.
• Experience working in a Services organization in a consulting capacity is strongly preferred. Experience working on multi-phase global implementations is preferred.
• Having Microsoft Certifications (M365, Azure, AWS, SharePoint, .Net) is a plus.
