Frontend Tech Lead

1. We are looking for candidates who have good programming skills. Strong on data structures, algorithms, understand time space complexity, able to come up with multiple solutions and then arrive at most optimized one keeping in mind customer requirements. Should also be well aware of OO concepts. If he / she has a strong background on these areas ( in any programming language),
2. Next the candidate should have worked on JS  with good hands on experience in a few projects mainly in backend development like making api calls, handling exception, models, data transformations, controllers etc. 
3. The last would be having some experience in any one of react.js/ node.js or even angular.js since some of these are being used in the current project. 
4. Prefer candidates with Angular (ver 8+), react.js (ver 16+), Node (Ver 14+) and extremely good in JavaScript, HTML & CSS
5. Experience : 3-6 years relevant

What will I do?

• Delivering a complete front end application
  • Ensuring high performance on mobile and desktop
  • Writing tested, idiomatic, and documented JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Coordinating the workflow between the graphic designer, the HTML coder, and yourself
  • Cooperating with the back-end developer in the process of building the RESTful API
  • Communicating with external web services
  • Ensure high-quality graphic standards and brand consistency
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies
  • Write functional requirement documents and guides

What skills should I have?

- Must have 7+ years of experience in frontend development with an internet startup.
- Deep knowledge of Angular practices and commonly used modules based on extensive work experience
- Proficiency with JavaScript and HTML5
- Extensive knowledge of CSS and JS methods for providing performance visual effects and keeping the frame rate above 30fps at all times
- Thorough understanding of the responsibilities of the platform, database, API, caching layer, proxies, and other web services used in the system
- Creating custom, general use modules and components which extend the elements and modules of core Angular
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements

Work Nature:

1. Understanding Business Requirements and converting those requirement in to Web Pages using HTML, CSS, JS and Photoshop/Illustrator.

2. Should have minimum 5 Web Page Designed/Shipped/Live

3. Can mentor/lead junior webpage designers regarding best practices

• In this role, you will Design, Develop and Deploy applications based on HTML, ReactJS, JS as front-end. You are a creative and technically skilled individual responsible for bringing great user experience and design to life. You create reusable, extensible, flexible, high-performing web applications from front end to back end.
• Execute in an agile environment using industry standard tools and delivering weekly code releases Develop and test for cross browser, cross platform applications.
• Experience in product designing, distributed architecture.
• Have a demonstrated track record of End to End product engineering responsibility

• MS or BS in Computer Science or equivalent
• 9+ years (or more) experience shipping quality code
• 4+ years’ experience with leading frontend frameworks like Angular 1 to 8 or ReactJS, etc.
• Experience on Ionic Framework, Cardova
• Experience contributing front-end code to a publicly available, consumer-focused web application.
• Solid experience and understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and Javascript (vanilla JS and popular libraries like Underscore.js and jQuery)
• Experience with REST-based API
