Frontend Developer - React, Javascript, GraphQl

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and maintain frontend components using AEM Sites.

 Integrate AEM with React/Angular for enhanced user interfaces.

 Work with AEM templates, components, dialogs, and client libraries.

 Collaborate with backend AEM developers and designers to implement dynamic

and responsive web features.

 Ensure code quality through unit testing and best practices.

 Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning.

 Support AEM content authors with technical implementation and troubleshooting.

What You’ll Bring:

 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or

equivalent work experience.

 Proven experience delivering high-quality web applications.

Mandatory Skills:

 3+ years of frontend development experience with React.js or Angular.

 2+ years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

 Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

 Experience with AEM client libraries, Sightly (HTL), Sling models, and

component development.

 Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON.

 Understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and

accessibility standards.

 Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

 Experience integrating third-party APIs and headless CMS.

 Knowledge of Adobe Target, Analytics, or other Adobe Experience Cloud

products.

 Exposure to backend technologies like Java or Python is a plus.

• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code
• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript and React concepts, excellent front-end coding skills, and a good understanding of progressive web applications.
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
• Develop a flexible and well-structured front-end architecture, along with the APIs to support the applications

What you will do: 

• Work with the product team to understand project requirements.
• Perform technical documentation – Designing architecture, flow diagrams, documenting technical implementation approaches and pseudocode.
• Develop and implement pixel-perfect and highly-responsive user interface components using React.js & ReactNative concepts.
• Oversee development process compliance and CI activities.
• Set and evolve standards and best practices for our application development team
• Guide/Mentor junior developers and empower them on React and related trends.

What you will bring: 

• Today - has a portfolio of beautiful engineered frontend UI. At least some of which they can show us. (🟢 #3)
• Can articulate at least one reason of switch which does not only say growth etc but growth's metric (🟢 #4)
• 3 years minimum detail-oriented experience as a Senior Web Developer creating React.js based solutions and expert-level knowledge of ReactJS, ReactNative ecosystem and ES6.
• Demonstrated experience in B2B application development for large enterprises.
• Ability to review specifications documents and provide technical inputs on successfully implementing business solutions.
• Proficient understanding of build tools and code versioning tools, such as Git/SVN.
• Experience using async RESTful services, CSS preprocessors, bundlers and associated libraries, as well as working knowledge of isomorphic React.

As a Lead React Engineer, you would be expected to understand business requirements, represent Needle to external stakeholders, and have experience in working in agile teams.
