Collaborate with product teams to more accurately define new features

Collaborate with UX in the building and implementing a design system/component library

Understanding of monorepos based project which leverage common services 

Ensure high performance of all systems developed 

Aware of the relationship between development and business with a strong sense of ownership 

Employ the latest techniques such as agile software development 

Good knowledge of highly scalable server-side development 

Basic working knowledge of Unix/Linux 

Excellent problem solving and coding skills in Javascript (Angular) 

Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills 

Should have the ability to express their design ideas and thoughts

Job Brief

JavaScript and Typescript expertise (Angular) 

Experience with libraries such as bootstrap, Ag-grid, observables, and ngrx/Redux 

Hands on experience of working with AI assisted ex. Windsurf 

Understanding of accessibility guidelines, multi lingula support and internationalization  

You enjoy working with new technologies, and are curious and energetic 

Experience working with REST APIs 

Good understanding about authentication and security 

Create and maintain various unit and integration tests (Sonar, Cypress)  

You enjoy working in a creative and agile environment that moves fast 

Ability and interest in providing mentorship to junior members of the team 

Write high quality code and Conduct code reviews 

Being resourceful and detail-oriented, along with being an outside the box thinker!

Job Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Frontend Engineer (SDE III) with over five years of experience to lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in software development, deep technical expertise, and a proven track record of successfully leading large-scale engineering teams and projects. This role requires strategic leadership, the ability to manage complex technical challenges, and the ability to drive innovation while ensuring operational excellence.

As a Frontend Lead, you will collaborate with key stakeholders across the business, product management, and operations to ensure alignment with the organization’s goals and play a critical role in shaping the technology roadmap and engineering culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Team Development: Lead and inspire a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Manage the hiring, training, and career development of engineering staff.
• Strategic Planning: Work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement engineering strategies that support business objectives. Define technology roadmaps and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Technical Excellence: Guide the team in designing and implementing scalable, robust software systems. Drive the adoption of best practices in architecture, coding standards, and software testing to ensure high-quality product delivery.
• Project and Program Management: Oversee the successful delivery of engineering projects, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and budget constraints are met. Use agile methodologies to manage the development process and resolve bottlenecks.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with Product Management, Design, Business, and Operations teams to define project requirements and deliverables. Ensure the smooth integration of engineering efforts across the organization.
• Risk Management: Anticipate and mitigate technical risks and roadblocks. Proactively identify areas of technical debt and drive initiatives to reduce it.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the technical point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, resource allocation, and performance metrics. Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, high-impact software projects.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable system design.
• Expertise in multiple programming languages and modern development frameworks. For this we require expertise in JS/React, and React Native.
• Experience working with REST APIsMust have a knack for developing good looking frontend apps.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS), microservices, and distributed systems.
• Experience in delivering full-stack B2B/SaaS applications including mobile applications, web frontend, and a scalable backend.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams and stakeholders at all levels.

• Any additional knowledge of/familiarity with programming, in general, would be a great added bonus.
• Knowledge of Jira/confluence.
• Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git.

• Fluent in a second language preferred, good level of verbal English required.
