Senior Software Engineer – Frontend (React.js)

Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid – 3 Days WFO)

Working Hours: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Experience: 6-9 years

Notice Period: Preferably 30 days

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Frontend Developer to join our growing team. If you are passionate about building cloud-based web applications with cutting-edge technologies, and you excel in React.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, we want to hear from you. As a key contributor, you’ll collaborate with talented UX/UI designers to create innovative, high-quality user experiences.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and Deliver: Build robust, scalable cloud-based web applications using React.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with Designers: Partner with UX designers to transform ideas into intuitive, visually stunning user interfaces.
• Write Quality Code: Ensure code quality through writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Optimize Performance: Focus on performance optimization and troubleshooting to provide the best user experience.
• Work in Agile Environment: Engage in agile development cycles with a strong focus on iterative improvement.
• Code Review and Mentorship: Participate in code reviews, offer constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers to elevate the team's overall capabilities.

What We Are Looking For:

Core Skills:

• React.js: Extensive hands-on experience in building responsive web applications with React.
• Frontend Technologies: Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Version Control: Familiarity with Git for source code management and collaboration.
• Problem-Solving: Strong debugging and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Collaboration: Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Skills:

• Node.js: Experience with Node.js or backend technologies is a plus.
• UX/UI Design: Knowledge of design principles and experience collaborating with designers to create seamless user experiences.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Exp in React JS,

React Designing, Api Integration, CSS, HTML,JavaScript,Redux,

• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
• Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
• Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript
• Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
• Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs

What you'll do:

· Perform complex application programming activities with an emphasis on mobile development: Angular, ionic, Node, TypeScript, JavaScript, Apache Cordova, RESTful APIs and more

· Assist in the definition of system architecture and detailed solution design that are scalable and extensible

· Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, and other engineers on different permutations to find the best solution possible

· Own the quality of code and do your own testing. Automate feature testing and contribute UI testing framework

· Become a subject matter expert for our mobile applications

· Deliver amazing solutions to production that knock everyone’s socks off

· Mentor junior developers on the team

Preferred Qualifications:

· Proficient with Apache Cordova framework

· Built or maintained custom Cordova plugin

· Demonstrable knowledge of native coding background in iOS

· Understanding of Apple certificate and profile management

· Experience developing and deploying applications within Kubernetes based containers

· Experience in Agile and SCRUM development techniques

Skills:

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (Redux)
• Familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript
• Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
• Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• A knack for benchmarking and optimization
• Familiarity with code versioning tools (such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial)

• Designing and developing user interfaces using best practices
• Adapting interface for modern internet applications using the latest front-end technologies.
• Writing JavaScript,Typescript, CSS, and HTML.
• Making complex technical and design decisions for Angular 6+ projects.
• Developing application codes and unit tests in Angular 6+, Rest Web Services.
