Job Summary:

We are seeking highly motivated React Developer

Experience: 8+ Years

Location: Pune/ Mumbai

Mode of Work: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Should have 8+ years hands on experience in web technologies like JavaScript, HTML5 & CSS.

• Expert level knowledge of JavaScript including latest edition(s) of JavaScript (ES2023). Knowledge of typescript is a plus.

• Hands on experience with JavaScript frameworks like React 17 and above versions

• Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates like Promises, RxJS

• Proficient in advanced CSS3, HTML5 and Bootstrap. Exposure to css-in-js libraries like styledjs or others is beneficial.

• Able to translate mockups in figma or illustrator to actual working components.

• Working experience on testing tool like karma/jasmine/enzyme.

• Basic understanding of nodejs is beneficial.

• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git

• Excellent analytical/reasoning skills

• Good team player

• Excellent written and verbal communication skill

1. We are looking for candidates who have good programming skills. Strong on data structures, algorithms, understand time space complexity, able to come up with multiple solutions and then arrive at most optimized one keeping in mind customer requirements. Should also be well aware of OO concepts. If he / she has a strong background on these areas ( in any programming language),
2. Next the candidate should have worked on JS  with good hands on experience in a few projects mainly in backend development like making api calls, handling exception, models, data transformations, controllers etc. 
3. The last would be having some experience in any one of react.js/ node.js or even angular.js since some of these are being used in the current project. 
4. Prefer candidates with Angular (ver 8+), react.js (ver 16+), Node (Ver 14+) and extremely good in JavaScript, HTML & CSS
5. Experience : 3-6 years relevant

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for development of new highly-responsive, web-based user interface
• Work and collaborate in a scrum structure
• Develop components and libraries that are reusable and future-proof
• Develop a flexible and well-structured APIs to support the system

Required Skills:

• Excellent understanding of Javascript including the OOP concept and how DOM work
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
• Prior experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
• Prior experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with HTML / CSS
• GIT experience
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
• Should be comfortable working in our Bangalore office from Day 1.
• Should possess good communication skills.

• Designing, building, prototyping, developing and implementing single-page responsive web applications for our cloud platform.
• Involved in decision making for design and technical aspects for modular and component-based architectures.
• Developing application code, services, user interfaces, user experience and unit tests.
• Ensuring high performance and responsive applications with state-of-the-art user experience.
• Experimenting with new technologies and working with integrated web-applications.
• Collaborating and iterating with the Product Managers, UI/UX and Backend teams to define, design, build, extend products and features.

• You have previously worked for a minimum of 3 years in a technical environment contributing as a programmer.
• You have proven expertise in the JavaScript ecosystem and used frameworks like ReactJS, Vue. Preference would be given to reactjs.
• You have exposure to Golang, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, MySQL and Firebase.
• You must have strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

• Master's / Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Self taught developer.
• 3+ years of experience in fundamentals of web, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Vue or React.
• Understanding of product design, user experience and skills to recreate and match high quality pixel perfect designs and can go above and beyond in detailing.
• Has ability to build a ground up resoluble components and in-house UI system that can scale across the product.

A collaborative role with Individual ownership ✅

• Ownership of developing UI related features. Work with with the rest of the engineering team to develop, launch or maintain features.
• Take ownership of design <> dev collaboration and participate in the education of both sides.
• Work closely with design team and become a bridge between engineering and design.
• Maintain code integrity.

• You have a minimum of 6 years of experience building high-performance consumer-facing mobile applications at Product companies of a decent scale.
• You have founded/worked in a start-up and have worked in an enterprise environment You have a keen eye for mobile architecture and have led/participated in architectural discussions.
• You have a passion for mentoring and helping people on your team grow and achieve their goals and work with cross teams.
• You practice test-driven development and you are able to drive agile practices.
• You have worked with multiple languages/frameworks and have expertise in any one programming language/framework/stack.
• You have published reusable packages.
• You have worked with building automation, devise farms, multi-target testing.
• You are able to optimize the application for performance and speed.
• You are an excellent collaborator & communicator.
• You know that start-ups are a team sport.
